Newly remodeled and fully furnished, this 600 sq. ft. studio apartment has a brand new kitchen and bathroom, new appliances, and all the amenities for you to enjoy sunny New Mexico in a home away from home. Walk to Mesilla Plaza in minutes and enjoy one of Las Cruces’ historic gems. Also proximal to New Mexico State University and highway access.

Experience lovely Mesilla in our charming Estudio. Located just off of Avenida de Mesilla, the Estudio is nestled in a courtyard, enclosed by a 5 ft. perimeter wall around the property. It is peaceful and inviting – the perfect space to relax, or set up shop.

Newly remodeled, it has a queen-size bed, walk-in shower, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerated air, heating, Wi-Fi, security system, and a TV unit that turns 360 degrees – watch from any angle in the room.

Lovely place. Response to requests for assistance were prompt, and Carla was friendly and very efficient. This was the third time I have stayed here, and I enjoy it very much. The only drawback is the noise - the building has lots of banging/creaking going on. During the day it is not too noticeable but can be quite loud at night.

Great Casita!

We were worried about being on a busy street, but it was fine and quiet at night. Nice kitchen and bathroom, and very comfy bed. Spotted Dog has always been a favorite, so happy it was so close. We love being in Old Mesilla. Great hiking not far away.

Nice location

We were very comfortable staying there. Being cross the street to spotted dog brewing was awesome. I unfortunately cracked the plastic shelf on the fridge door when I tried to fit a large bottle of water. I intend to pay for damages once the owner tells me the amount. I would love to stay there again but I probably were out my welcome.

Mesilla gem

Beautiful casita that was comfortable, well appointed, near restaurants and shopping. Having recliners instead of a couch was wonderful as I have trouble sleeping sometimes and the recliner is my best friend. Cannot imagine anyone would not just love this place. I was traveling alone and never felt uncomfortable. I certainly will stay there again. Host was very helpful and welcoming.

Lovely Apartment!

Very nice studio apartment, great for one or two people. Host was very helpful and prompt in her responses. Nicely appointed living space, kitchen well stocked, roomy bathroom. Easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, etc. Definitely would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great spot for visiting the Mesilla.cozy and comfortable unit well laid out could be used for longer stays. Right across the street from the Spotted Dog brew pub . We will be back.
