This cozy, spacious and bright home is within walking distance of the fantastic Zandvoort beach, the circuit, the center and the NS station towards Haarlem and Amsterdam. The holiday home is ideal for families with children who want to enjoy a wonderful holiday by the sea. But also the perfect place for a fantastic stay near the Circuit Park Zandvoort for the Grand Prix.

The property is on the second and third floor with a terrace at the rear. Free parking is available in front of the door.

Ground floor:
Via the entrance and the hall you take the stairs.

The second floor is the sleeping floor.
Bedroom 1 offers space for two people and is located on the inner garden. Bedroom 2 is a cot with an additional single sofa bed and has a view over the fishing pond. The bathroom has a sink and a bathtub with a shower screen. The toilet with hand basin is separate. Bedroom 3 is at the front is the master bedroom with queen size bed. Go up the stairs to the living area on the third floor.

Third floor:
The cozy, light and colorful living room has long windows at the front and a breathtaking view over the village of Zandvoort. Ideal for a family with children. There is a wonderful lounge sofa in the living area.
The open plan living and dining kitchen is adjacent to the living area and is equipped with various built-in appliances such as a dishwasher, electric hob, hot air oven, fridge. The kitchen has all the conveniences including a bean coffee machine for fresh coffee. From the kitchen you have access to the nice terrace with a view over the fish pond where you can relax in the sun.

Three sweet cats live in the house. Feeding the cats is a priority. Through the cat flap they can go in and out themselves. They are child friendly cats who love attention and play. For children who love animals are sold!
