With two bedrooms, both equipped with double beds, and a bathroom featuring a bathtub and shower. The spacious living and dining area, with an open kitchen, opens up to a large window offering a spectacular panoramic view of the sea.

Magnifica ubicacion pero...

Mi familia y yo pasamos unas vacaciones excelentes , la ubicacion del apartamento es inmejorable , la playa es de piedrecillas finas y no esta nada masificada ya que al entar al agua enseguida cubria . Torre del Mar es un pueblo muy tranquilo , familiar con muchas terrazas y chiringutos y si te gusta el deporte puedes correr o caminar por la playa por un camino paralelo al paso maritimo muy agradable . Al llegar al apartamento el portero nos dice que hay menos plazas de aparcamiento que viviendas , afortunadamente no se aparca mal por la zona. Al subir nos encontramos con una ventana del salon en el suelo , de las que se ven en la foto , pasamos los siete dias de la estancia sin ventana , aunque pusieramos el aire el calor era insoportable , llamo a la inmobiliaria y me dicen que la ventana la habian roto los anteriores inquilinos , POR QUE NO ME LO DIJERON CUANDO ME DIERON LAS LLAVES??????? Creo que por el precio que se paga por este apartamento no deberian de pasar esta cosas , menaje de cocina escasisimo y sucio cubiertos y sartenes mal lavados y la vitroceramica no era capaz de hervir una olla de agua para hacer pasta. En uno de los domitorios el aire perdia agua por la pared y habia un olor a humedad terrible . Como ya he dicho pasamos unos dias estupendos pero por lo que pagamos por una semana hay que exigir que todo este perfecto de 10 y no fue el caso.

Hallo! Eine kurze Zusammenfassung…. Geschirr (Teller, Gläser, Becher, Messer, Gabeln Löffel nur fünffach vorhanden… blöd wenn man nicht ständig abwaschen möchte! Zudem waren Geschirr und Töpfe noch dreckig als wir in die Wohnung kamen! Das Aushängeschild der Wohnung, die Fensterfront, war defekt! Die Fenster sind aus der Halterung gesprungen und Mann konnte das Fenster nicht schließen!!!!! Somit konnte man abends nur im Dunkeln sitzen( Mücken) und morgens wurde man durch Lärm geweckt! Außerdem war die Fensterfront total verschmiert! Das schlimmste war jedoch der Gestank aus einer der Klimaanlagen aus einem der Schlafzimmer! Es roch permanent nach Kloake!!!! auf Beschwerdw hat man dann die Klimaanlage mit Klebeband abgeklebt!!!!! Auch hier jedoch erfolgslos. Wie wir vom „Hausmeister“ erfahren haben, besteht dieses Problem wohl schon seit einiger Zeit!!!! Danke dafür! Nach einer Woche kam ein Handwerker ,um sich Klimaanlage und Fensterfront anzuschauen! Zu spät! Wir haben nach einer Woche den Aufenthalt abgebrochen und mussten uns eine andere Unterkunft suchen. Schwierig zur Hauptsaison ohne Auto! Und das alles für ca. 200€ pro Tag!!! Frechheit! Schlimm ebenfalls, dass nach vorzeitiger Schlüsselrückgabe nicht einmal ein „Tut uns Leid“ gekommen ist. Wir werden zwar hoffentlich eine Rückerstattung bekommen, aber den Ärger ersetzt es nicht! Denn wie erwähnt mussten wir uns für eine neue Wohnung einen Mietwagen leihen, auch das kostete wieder sehr viel Geld und am liebsten würde ich dieses A und N in Rechnung stellen! Vielleicht können Sie ja vermitteln??? Mit dieser Agentur werden wir in Zukunft nicht mehr buchen. Freundliche Grüße Martin Eilers

Stylische FeWo mit Macken

Man sollte bei der Beschreibung des Objektes mitteilen, dass die Wohnung im 12 Stock liegt. Ferner lies die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung zu wünschen übrig. 4 Personen können dort wohnen und es ist noch nicht einmal genug Geschirr da...... bei dem Preis sollte dies doch vorhanden sein. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur lief sehr gut.
