Newly built house. Ground floor consists of bedroom/living room-with sofa bed, separate kitchen with dining table & appliances and bathroom/shower. On the 1st floor: 2 separate large bedrooms. Locked parking it’s available at the front of the property for 2/3 cars with security cameras. Gas central heating/Wi-Fi/Desk with monitor available. Very quiet area with easy access to Severin Shopping Center-10 mins walk, good restaurants within 10 mins walking distance, 15/20 mins to town center.
