Great villa evrything you need

The villa is clean and tidy. Beds are very comfortable. There is everything you could need and Maria provides things like washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. Couldn't fault it. Only possible negative deoending on what you want is the outdoor space is next to a busy weekday road. That said you have buses to the town centre close by. Easy walk down hill to Funchal. 5 mins to local supermarket and a local bar that does lovely food, great pizza restaurant within walking distance too. We would thoroughly recommend. to a road that is quite busy on weekdays.

Séjour Parfait.

Le logement était super, il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait, bien agencé, très propre, la literie impeccable, du Madère et des fruits en bienvenue. Il y avait salle de bain et wc dans chaque chambre un parking pour la voiture, et une terrasse. Je conseille ce logement à 200 pour cent. excellent. Mme Maria Jardim était très gentille, pourtant elle a dû attendre après nous car nous étions en retard.

Trop bruyant

Malgré une location très complète par son aménagement intérieur, la rue est très passante jour et nuit, les chiens, les travaux vous rendent les nuits impossible. Le plus aurait été une climatisation. En conclusion si vous avez le sommeil léger, ce logement est à éviter

Adorámos! A proprietária foi flexível e muito atenciosa. A casa era como estava descrita no anúncio. Tem de tudo... A rua é muito movimentada, mas a garagem deu para os dois carros, o que foi muito bom! A repetir sem dúvida!

Funchal spacious house

We stayed in this apartment for 8 nights. Everything was perfect, the owner was very eager to help us with everything. The street is quite busy but it was OK. The house was very clean, well equiped, rooms were spacious and comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed for our cooking. If I had another oportunity to visit Madeira, I would choose the same apartment again. I strongly recomend it

Schön, modern und zentral gelegen

Dies war das zweite Mal, dass ich mit meiner Tochter in diesem Ferienhaus Urlaub mache und ich kann nur meine letzte Bewertung wiederholen: Eine sehr schöne, helle und moderne Einrichtung, alles sauber und ordendlich und eine ideale Lage! Die Busstation ist dierekt vor der Tür und in 5 Minuten ist man im Zentrum Funchals. die Sicht auf die Stadt ist äußerst schön, jedoch können die Straßengeräusche etwas stören, wenn das Fenster nachts offen ist. Echt weiterzuempfelen!

El alojamiento es perfecto , todo limpio , había muchas cosas disponibles . Se adaptaron a nuestra hora de entrada y salida . Tener aparcamiento para el coche está muy bien . Bien situada para movernos con el coche por la isla .

Un alojamiento bien equipado, tiene de todo. La comunicación es muy fluida y rápida tanto antes como durante la estancia. Un lugar para repetir. Es una zona de Funchal cómodo con muy buen acceso a la vía rápida y por lo tanto a toda la isla

Estupenda casa, amplia y muy bien equipada

La casa supera las espectativas. Muy grande. 3 habitaciones y 3 baños muy bien decorada. Había todo tipo de productos de limpieza y aseo así como detalles a la llegada: frutas, una botella de vino, y todo lo necesario para un primer desayuno. No está en el centro de Funchal, la bajada a pie son unos 20 minutos, para subir desde el centro hay varios autobuses que paran en la misma calle o puede usarse un Bolt que cuesta entre 6 y 7 euros ya que la subida es una cuesta muy empinada. La única pega: olor en las tuberías de los baños, a pesar de la limpieza y los ambientadores.

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung in Funchal

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Lage ist Zentrumsnah (20 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 Minuten mit dem Bus). Das einzige störende Detail sind die bellenden Hunde in der Nachbarschaft

Das Haus ist modern und wirklich überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet! Die Lage ist zentral, was Vor- und Nachteile hat. Einerseits kommt man mit dem Fußbus in den Supermarkt, in verschiedenste Restaurants und auch in die historische Altstadt. Andererseits ist die Straße stark (oder besser gesagt: schnell) befahren, sodass man nicht davon ausgehen sollte, mit offenem Fenster schlafen zu können.

Prachtig en schoon huis

Een zeer net huis in een nette buurt. Supermarkt op 2 min lopen en het centrum op 20 minuutjes lopen. We hebben het top gehad hier.
