This farmhouse in Talon will remind you of the stories about Heidi and Anne of the Green Gables - such is the charm of this home! With a common room equipped with a TV and a fireplace, you can relax with a cuppa during chilly winter evenings. This home is ideal for small families with children or groups. Bed linen is available in 2 covers under the bed, the garden furniture cushions are in the hosier as well as the cushions for the metal chairs.

Multiple cities, which make for fantastic day trips, lie slightly farther from your stay. There is Corbigny at 17 km, Clamecy at 17.7 km, Vézelay at 29.8 km and finally, Avallon at 40 km. Groceries can be availed at 4.9 km, while restaurants at 2 km will let you experience delicious regional cuisines.

The patio and balcony will offer scenic views of the nearby surroundings. The instructions for use of the devices are available in the small cupboard of the gas cylinder. There is a provision of masks and gel. TV works via MOLOTOV connection.

Een huis waar je thuiskomt
Wat een geweldig, authentiek Bourgondisch huis. Wat een lieve mensen. En wat een stilte. Als je tot rust wil komen moet je hier zijn. En wil je er op uit? Dan zijn er mogelijkheden genoeg in de omgeving. Leuke steden en wandelingen. Quelle magnifique et authentique maison bourguignonne. Quels gens adorables. Et quel silence. Si vous voulez vous détendre, cet endroit est fait pour vous. Et tu veux sortir ? Ensuite, il existe de nombreuses options dans la région. Jolies villes et promenades.

Une très bonne adresse !
C'est une location très agréable. Le gîte est parfaitement équipé, rien ne manque, par ailleurs il est très joliment décoré. Dans les temps presque hivernaux que nous avons eus, nous avons bien apprécié de pouvoir profiter de la grande cheminée. La communication a été optimale avec les propriétaires. Si vous aimez la campagne et la tranquillité, n'hésitez pas, vous serez comblés.

Wij verbleven hier in september 2023. Warm onthaal door de vriendelijke eigenares Viviane. We mochten van haar kruiden uit de moestuin gebruiken en verse vijgen plukken. Viviane is geboren in de streek en is een fantastische bron van informatie voor uitstapjes en restaurantbezoek. Op een dag verraste zij ons met een zelfgebakken vijgentaart. Heel de streek ademt geschiedenis. De omgeving is prachtig. Heel dunbevolkt. In september hebben we nauwelijks andere toeristen gezien. Hier kom je echt tot rust. In het huis is alle comfort aanwezig. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Aangenaam terras achter het huis met uitzicht op de boomgaard en de paardenwei. Comfortabele ligstoelen en een gezellige loungeset. Wij komen hier graag weer terug.

Het is een fijn huis, ruim groot genoeg en comfortabel voor 4 personen, in een h ...
Het is een fijn huis, ruim groot genoeg en comfortabel voor 4 personen, in een heel mooie omgeving. De tuin was prettig om in te relaxen en in het dorpje was een leuk speelveldje voor de kinderen, knus gelegen naast de kerk. De autoritjes naar de bakker/supermarkt (8 min.) en een leuk recreatiemeer (25 min.) hebben we meermaals gemaakt en waren een feest vanwege de glooiende omgeving en de zonnebloemvelden. Iets verder hebben we ook gekajakt, ook een aanrader. Een wandeling van 11 km. vanuit het dorpje hebben we laten schieten vanwege de warmte maar dat zou al een reden zijn om nog eens terug te komen. De eigenaren wonen naast het huisje en zijn erg aardig en behulpzaam bij suggesties voor activiteiten of als je vragen hebt.

Sehr gemütliche Unterkunft, abseits der großen Touristenströme, ruhig gelegen. Mit Liebe renovierter Bauernhausteil. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Velotouren in nächster Umgebung! Aufmerksame und äußerst zuvorkommende Vermieter. Wir haben eine entspannte und erholsame Ferienwoche verbracht.

Zeer gastvrij ontvangen door de eigenaren die zelf ook op het terrein wonen. Ze zijn gedurende de vakantieweek informatief over de te ondernemen uitjes. Mooi huisje en inrichting compleet met een eigen buiten. Echter is het overkapte buiten, zoals op de foto's weergegeven, door de eigenaren zelf in gebruik. Jammer genoeg buiten veel hinder ondervonden van wespen. Hierdoor was buiten eten en drinken niet mogelijk. Thuis aangekomen hoorden we van vrienden dat dat op andere vakantiebestemmingen niet anders was. Mooie natuur. Voor oude gezellige Franse dorpen moet je wel minstens een uur rijden.
