Our 4 cabins sit on 3 acres in the community of Lawrence Springs.

Shae Cabin pictured: Shabby Chic - Great for girlfriends shopping trip! Single room with 4 twin beds and full kitchen. Lovely porch.

Kylie Cabin - Farmhouse decor - 2 bedrooms have queen and full beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Gorgeous porch.

Hawke Cabin: Our original cowboy cabin. 2 bedrooms have queen size beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Large covered back porch with privacy fence and picnic table.


The Abby Silo - Created from a grain silo. One lofted bedroom sleeps with a queen size bed. Kitchenette includes coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge.

10 minutes from First Monday Trade Days. 15 minutes from historic downtown Mineola, famous for antique shopping. Great starting point for a girls weekend with tons of shopping or a weekend getaway from the city. Come and spend some time in the country.
Check-In: 3:00 pm and Check-Out 12:00 pm (depending on bookings, these times can be flexible)
Standard nightly rate: $200 Two night minimum.

Adorable cottage with best hosts!

Communication was fantastic, hosts were fantastic and probably the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in! Wifi worked great and cottage was very well stocked. Short easy drive to Canton would absolutely stay again!

Perfect stay

My 3 friends and I stayed Easter Weekend and for the Trade Days in Canton. We were totally delighted with how cute, cozy and quiet this house was for the four of us women. Sharon and Mark had prepared the cottage and even made a homemade treat for us. The drive to Canton was short and we enjoyed the countryside immensely. We will be back!!!

Girls getaway!

Perfect place for resting up after a long day shopping at First Monday trade days! Immaculate. Beds were very comfortable! Great communication from owners. We will definitely be staying with Circle P again!

Cutest Cabin Ever

We stayed 3 days for Canton trade days. The cabin was super cute and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Quiet area just out of town.

Perfect getaway!

Very clean and welcoming! Lots of extra touches that made us feel welcome. Quiet little retreat that is close to Canton First Monday Trade Days! We enjoyed our stay very much!

Pink Pistol Girls weekend

We had the best girls weekend at The Shae Cabin. The cabin is stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were amazing and very responsive. We even had the most delicious chocolate cake waiting on our arrival. Thank you so much for making this a memorable weekend.

You will love this place!

What a fantastic property with fabulous hosts! Mark and Sharon could not have been more accommodating. The brownies she made us were delicious. The cabins were beautiful and in close proximity to First Monday.

Wonderful comfortable cabin!

This little cabin was perfect for our girls trip to Canton. The cabin was super clean and just a delight to stay in. The beds were super comfortable and we slept like we do at home in our own beds. Perfect spot to retreat to after a long day of shopping. The sweet owners made us a special welcome cake to enjoy during our stay...yum!! Book this cabin right away and you won't be disappointed!

Darling!!! Clean, Well stocked with everything and more we needed for our stay.

When we drove up to this community of cabins, we were thrilled to see a welcoming place to relax. The front porch had all the seating we needed. From the well supplied kitchen and bathroom, to the relaxing color scheme, Sharon was kind enough to leave a delicious cake for our sweet tooth. Did I mention how incredibly clean our cabin was? It was immaculate. Our crew will definitely book with Circle P Cabins the next time we hit Canton Trade Days. Thank you so much, Sharon!

Relaxing, Memorable, Perfect East Texas Retreat

Me, my sister and daughter stayed in the "Shaye" cabin. We were tickled pink as soon as we pulled up! The cabin was adorable, and as soon as we walked in we have a freshly baked lemon cake waiting on us ( I think we all jumped and squealed)!This cabin is set up to be the perfect girls retreat- with individual storage, chairs for each, coffee, cream, water, a fan, a plug by each bed to accommodate phones, etc. They really have thought of everything! It really is the small things that will keep people coming back! Thank you for a great weekend! WE WILL BE BACK!

Awesome cozy cabin! Fabulously friend owners! Spotlessly sparkling clean!

I will be staying at this property again in the future. Perfect location to Frist Monday's Trade Days. The owner had made the best lemon bunt cake and biscuits , we had cake when we arrived and biscuits the next morning. The owners are more than accommodating, they're down right nurturing! The photos of this property do not do it justice, these cabin are simply gorgeous. I will be returning!

We are Mark & Sharon. We live in Grand Saline. Our most important job is spoiling 4 of the most adorable grandchildren you have ever seen! We enjoy spending time with our parents that live nearby.

Why they chose this property

We have enjoyed First Monday for many years. It has been our desire to host a bed and bath near Canton. The original Hawke Cabin is our rustic western cabin with shuttered windows. We added the Shae and Kylie Cabins in 2016 & 2017. The Silo is under construction.

We are 10 minutes from First Monday Trade Days. We are happy to recommend the nostalgic antique stores in Mineola, also.

What makes this property unique

Each cabin has a unique personality. Porches were built by master craftsman, Ole Pop.
