This beautiful modern apartment with air conditioning, furnished and decorated with care and located in a beautiful private condominium (Monte Laguna) will allow its occupants to spend a pleasant holiday in peace and well-being.

The apartment has a large living room on the ground floor with a double sofa bed, a modern fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

On the first floor is a beautiful mezzanine with a double bed, a single bed and a bathroom.
The living room and the kitchen have a direct exit to the gardens and the very large swimming pool of the condominium (25 meters).
Table and chairs on the deck are waiting for you to put meals outside in peace while enjoying the beautiful view of the gardens.

Golf enthusiasts will certainly appreciate the proximity to the 10-hole Oceanico Victoria golf course, which can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The Oceanico Victoria golf course has been hosting the Portugal Masters for several years.

You will reach the center of Vilamoura with its famous marina as well as the beach in 5 minutes by car.

Top of the range apartment ideal for families, couples and golfers looking for a few holidays or a relaxing break.

Early check-in and late check-out (when possible) have a fee of 25 euros.
Late check-in between 7:00pm and 00:00am have a fee of 25 euros

On request, we can provide cot : 10 euros/unit/stay and high chair: 6 euros/ unit/stay.

For winter booking only (Nov to March)- Cleaning fee : 70 euros

(All additional fees should be paid upon arrival by cash).

From November to March (inclusive) medium and long term rentals (min. 14 nights) are available. Guests are responsible for water, gas and electricity bills incurred during their stay. A deposit (at check-in) of 150 euros must be left as a guarantee.

Wonderful stay
We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment and highly recommend it. The apartment is next to a good golf course (Millennium golf course) and there are others very close (Victoria golf for example). We took advantage of it to play almost every day. Excellent reception despite our late arrival time. The apartment is wonderful, spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated. We were able to enjoy some days to eat outside with a view of the large condominium pool. The grounds and pool area are very well maintained. We plan to return in the spring or summer to enjoy the pool.

Très bel appartement situé proche de la mer et des terrains de golf. Bien centré. Cet appartement est bien agencé et la décoration est belle et épurée. grande terrasse où l'on peut prendre tous les repas avec une vue magnifique, parc entretenu quotidiennement qui mène à la piscine équipée de transats. la propriété est irréprochable tant à l'intérieur que dans les parties communes extérieures. Nous avons découvert des restaurants typiques aux alentours. C'est grace aux conseils des propriétaires que nous avons découvert cette magnifique région et la recommande à tous mes amis

Superbe appartement bien situé, vu sur piscine!
Ce magnifique appartement en rez-de-chaussée très propre et bien décoré avec terrasse vous offre une superbe vue sur la piscine de la résidence avec un accès direct pour aller se baigner! L'idéal est de posséder une voiture afin de pouvoir profiter du séjour pleinement car sa situation à Vilamoura est très pratique pour pouvoir visiter les autres villes de l'Algarve (Faro, Lagos, Albufeira, Tavira...), profiter des belles plages (praia da Marinha par exemple) et pour sortir le soir sur le port de Vilamoura. Très agréable séjour alliant découvertes et détente!

Regressámos cheios de energia e bastante relaxados.. O apartamento era tal e qual conforme descrição , muito bem localizado as instalações 5 estrelas , a higiene e a manutenção do apartamento 5 estrelas, a forma como fomos recebidos super atenciosa,. Recomendámos este apartamento a todos os nossos amigos pelo espaço , pela localização geográfica , pelo conforto, pela higiene , pela forma como carinhosamente fomos acolhidos.. E´uma excelente escolha para uma familia com crianças , com bastante relvado para brincarem e acima de tudo um espaço onde nos sentimos confortáveis .Para o ano garantidamente regressaremos , ganharam um cliente fidelizado ! Em equipa vencedora não se mexe !!!! :)

wonderful stay
We have just returned from a short break at Vilamoura. The apartment was wonderful, clean and well equipped with everything you needed and more. The complex has a great pool with many sunbeds. Vilamoura is close by with the marina worth a visit for the bars and restaurants and many great golf courses in the area. We will be returning as soon as we can. I would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you Maria for making our stay fantastic.

Bel appartement
L'appartement est très confortable, spacieux, propre, meublé avec gout et bien équipé. Les pièces sont très lumineuses grâce à de grandes baies vitrées. Nous avons bien profité du deck pour nos repas à l’extérieur et les bains de soleil aussi. La piscine du complexe est énorme !! La localisation est idéale pour profiter du calme et des golfs. Tout est vert, bien entretenu. C’est vraiment magnifique. La marina de Vilamoura avec ses nombreux restaurants et son port de plaisance est proche et vaut le détour.

Un duplex moderne dans une station balnéaire rêvée
Le duplex est encore mieux en vrai que sur photo ! Piscine à 10 pas, golf proche, plages et marina à quelques minutes en voiture ou en vélo. La charmante propriétaire vous guide, vous informe et se révèle très serviable. Nous vous conseillons d'aller sur la Marina déguster la cuisine italienne tenu par une francaise (2eme coin), le p'tit dej à La Romanira, et la typique cuisine portugaise à la Cabane (Quarteira) tenu par une française depuis 38 ans. Nous reviendrons et nous recommandons cette location aux futurs locataires.

Beautiful appartment
We really had a great time in this beautiful, clean and well furnished appartment. Nice green areas and a large outdoor pool. The property in not far from the city center, however I recommend you to have a car, but taxis are not expensive, but excellent for those like me who likes golf. TRES BEL APPARTEMENT
Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans cet appartement très propre et bien décoré dans un très bel environnement. Avis aux amateurs de golf c'est le top puisque l'appartement se situe au coeur des golfs. superbe piscine et jardin très bien entretenus. Ménage fait au milieu du séjour. Vilamoura est très bien situé pour sillonner l'algarve. Je recommande ++++
