About this property

Modern house with pool, 600 m from the beach

This house is located about 600 m from Galé beach, in a small, quiet condominium where calm is assured.

The residence is made up of ten houses grouped around a pleasant communal swimming pool.

The house is composed on the ground floor of a beautiful and modern American kitchen, fully equipped, a bathroom as well as a large modern and comfortable living / dining room with satellite TV and WI FI. The straight lines, the clean furniture and the tones of this room have been chosen with care so that you make the most of your stay in a pleasant setting.
The living / dining room overlooks a small private garden with barbecue and garden furniture.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms each with its private bathroom and its beautiful terrace. One of the bedrooms has a large double bed and the other has two single beds.
The house has air conditioning.
Around the house you will find supermarkets, restaurants and bars. However, 10 minutes by car is enough to reach Albufeira, a city known for its nightlife or to the large Algarve Shopping center where you will find many restaurants and shops of all kinds.

Early check-in and late check-out (when possible) have a fee of 25 euros.
Late check-in between 7:00pm and 00:00am have a fee of 25 euros

On request, we can provide cot : 20 euros/unit/stay and high chair: 10 euros/ unit/stay.

For winter booking only (Nov to feb)- Final cleaning fee : 90 euros

(All additional fees should be paid upon arrival by cash).

From November to February (inclusive) medium and long term rentals (min. 14 nights) are available.

Excellent property and wonderful manager

This is a very modern, very clean condo containing all the things needed for a long or short term stay. The kitchen and bathrooms were particularly immaculate. The beds were comfortable and the shutters and blinds provide good black out for sleeping. The upper decks and the lower patios are well equipped for your outdoor comfort and enjoyment. Our Unit manager, Maria, was wonderful and did a great job on arrival with original setup - including wifi and satellite TV and showing us where the local beaches and restaurants were located. Most of the restaurants in Gale do not open until late March but there is a taxi stand just outside the gated complex - to allow running over to Albufeira for shopping or bars and restaurants. Watch that you don't get locked out accidentally - both rear yard sliding doors seems to lock easily - carry the key. Although we didn't get a chance to use the pool - it has been refurbished and it is beautiful. We would highly recommend this two story condo rental.

Tranquilidad, y vivienda de calidad

La propiedad se encuentra en una pequeña urbanización, y cuenta con una piscina que cubre ampliamente las necesidades de los pocos vecinos. No hay ruidos de noche, y por tanto es idónea para descansar. La casa está bien equipada y la construcción es de calidad. Un buen sitio cerca de Albufeira para ir unos días. María es muy amable, y estuvo al tanto de nuestras necesidades a pesar de tener mucho trabajo en esa época. Gracias.

schönes Reihenhaus in gepflegter kleiner Anlage

Sehr modern eingerichtetes Haus mit schöner Terrasse. Die Beschreibung ist absolut zutreffend. Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine und einen Tiefgaragenparkplatz. Der Gemeinschaftspool kann von 9 Wohneinheiten genutzt werden, wir waren meistens alleine im Pool. Sehr gepflegte Anlage in absolut ruhiger Lage. Der Strand ist ca. 10-15 min. entfernt, dort gibt es auch eine schöne Cocktail-Bar. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es drei schöne Restaurants, ein Supermarkt ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar; dennoch ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. Albufeira ist 15 Autominuten entfernt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen und haben diese Unterkunft unseren besten Freunden empfohlen :-)

Superb villa in excellent order.

Very good location behind gated entry, very quite retreat suitable for adults. Maria very helpful, would have given it 5 stars if a few more neccessities had been included like spare waste bin bags and a booklet telling the renter about recycling and where collections bins were. An overview of the area and essential phone numbers for police/doctors etc plus local supermarket and restaurant locations would be very usefull. With those few items provided we would have given it 5 stars.

Parfait

Séjour d'un mois parfait. Maison très moderne et très agréable à vivre tout confort très belles prestations. Jardin magnifique, grande et belle piscine idéalement situé proche des criques et grande plages à pied, proche des commerces, golf et réserve naturelle, exceptionnelle balade à faire en randonnées à pied, cadre très naturel et sauvage. En retrait de la rue qui mène à la plage donc très très calme. Bref nous pensons déjà à revenir !

Très belle maison

Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour dans cette belle maison. Rien de négatif. Bien au contraire. Très belle maison, confortable, très propre, avec une décoration moderne et soignée et insérée dans une petite résidence totalement fermée. Nous avons apprécié les conseils du propriétaire et nous avons ainsi pu assister à un beau spectacle de fin d'année à Albufeira. Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir pour profiter de la belle piscine et de la belle plage proche de la villa. Nous y avons fait quelques promenades et nous sommes certains que la zone doit être magnifique en plein été. Donc, à très bientôt. C'est sûr.
