White Water House is a stunning 3 storey Edwardian property, and boasts 4 double bedrooms plus 3 bathrooms. There is additional child's bed and travel cot available if required.
This exquisite hideaway is ideal for families, couples or groups of friends seeking sanctuary from busy, bustling cities.
A peaceful location set in historical 1066 country, White Water House overlooks Pevensey Beach & features a decked front garden with an alfresco dining area plus a Beach Hut and access on to a private beach.

Recently refurbished and set directly on to Pevensey Beach, White Water House is ideal for beach side getaways and provides a cosy base all year round. Getting there couldn’t be easier, with it being an hour and half from London by car plus Eastbourne or Pevensey rail links being just 15 minutes and 5 minutes away respectively.

The main Living Space is a large through reception room with two large sofas plus a love seat set around a fireplace. The dining area includes a 10 seater table complete with banquette seating. French doors lead on to the beach side garden.

The well equipped kitchen includes double oven, coffee machine plus all other mod cons,
and there are several farm shops nearby, so you can cook some delicious local produce after a day spent at the beach.
Rear door leads on to a decked rear garden complete with Jacuzzi.

Master Bedroom: Stunning views directly on to the beach, this beautiful light and airy bedroom has a central Kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom. Dressing table & wardrobe.

Lovely house and beautiful area

The house was a wonderful place for our family vacation. Children, parents and grandparents came together and everybody was happy. J&K were great hosts and communication was easy. We had a great Welcome Pack and everything was explained in advance. The house is decorated with so much love and so is the garden. The Weber BBQ is perfect for preparing dinner and the beach is right in front of the house. Our favorite bedroom was on the third floor with beautiful sea views every morning. We had plenty of clean towels and there was shampoo and shower gel in all bathrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped and all basics for cooking were there. Jonny&Kim also provided some Nespresso capsules, thanks again. The hot tub in the back of the house was another favorite for some of us. We can recommend the house and would definitely come back!

Half Term Break

We were all really impressed with the house and location, we had an issue with one of the showers, but contacted Jonny who responded quickly. The house was very well equipped and more than large enough to accommodate us all! The views from the front bedrooms were stunning and amazing to wake up to every morning.

Great location, over priced and not the premium experience expected

The property was not properly cleaned. Dirty pants under one bed. Litter in other rooms. Litter in the garden. The hot tub was neither clean or nice smelling. The kitchen equipment needed cleaning before use. The hob is cracked. The downstairs loo/shower room floods when used. There was an ant problem in the lounge dining room, they, my grandson was bitten by them. We solved it with ant powder on the entryway and spray and traps in the entry to the room. No the experience we expected.

Amazing stay

I had a lovely stay with my family at Whitewater. The house was wonderfully decorated, warm and comfortable. Being right on the beach was perfect for walks and seeing the sun set/rise and views from the property were beautiful. The kids loved the steam railway adventure park and the grown ups made use of the David Lloyd health club, both a 10-15minute drive to get to (I have my own membership). Also visited Eastbourne pier which was great for chips and ice-cream. Jonny was a great host, welcoming and responsive, thanks for everything and hope to revisit someday.

Superb location

The house was very well appointed, including a hot tub and a wonderful outside with lots of space for everyone, a barbecue, and a beach hut with everything you need for a great time on the beach for the 3 generations.

This is a fabulous house right on the beach. This was our second visit and we had another brilliant holiday there. The house is stylishly decorated and very well equipped.

Wonderful stay, Beautiful house

Really enjoyed our stay, the beachfront garden is perfect for family entertaining. Stylish furnishings throughout gave a luxurious feel to the whole place. Light and spacious rooms, very well equipped with everything we could have wanted for our stay. Hot tub was great for the colder days. The owners were very responsive to questions too. Would highly recommend!

Sea Side Rental - Perfect

Jonny was super responsive and replied throughout the stay, which is handy when you have queries. The house is beautiful, clean and spacious, the kitchen is more than well equipped. Two of the rooms have a sea view, two do not but are equally as nice in terms of vibe and design. All our needs were provided for, the alcohol area with an honesty box is handy for those late night wine moods. Beach is seconds away with a little lane before where the Neighbors park, and then a dedicated porch area that is sitting on the beach. The hot tub was not working during my time, but I imagine this was just bad luck - ill definitely be using next time! Area is as expected, friendly dog walkers on the beach, a small bar with outside seating area 50 metres to the left on the front door, and behind the house is a well stacked grocers encase you didnt want to/couldnt drive to a supermarket further. My friends managed to book a taxi and it was outside within 15 mins. Was a nice drive down from London. All in all great stay. 5*

I would thoroughly recommend renting this house. The house is comfortable, well equipped and homely. The location is fantastic and we spent a week gazing at the sea and relaxing on the private beach deck. Looking forward to booking again. Fantastic all round from booking to departure.

It was a dream for many years to have a bolt hole from the hustle and bustle of London life. After a very long search, we finally found White Water house, situated right on a beautiful and tranquil beach..... finally all the boxes were ticked!
We love to spend time there, both for weekends and longer stays, along with our children and grand children. Fun BBQ's by the Beach Hut, or long beach walks at low tide, it's a complete haven.
