Cozy bungalow in a quiet urbanization on the slopes of Montgó. The bungalow is arranged on two floors. On the ground floor is the living room and fully equipped kitchen (microwave, induction, large refrigerator, etc), with access to the terrace and direct access to the garden and swimming pools. On the upper floor there are two rooms, one with a double bed and the other with a trundle bed, both have a storage area for clothes (built-in wardrobes).
The urbanization has a parking area for owners, as well as a large communal green area with swimming pool. There are two swimming pools, one for adults and one for small children. Both the pool and the green areas have maintenance all year round.

The urbanization is closed so you can enjoy your stay with your children with greater security and tranquility. From the terrace you can see the pool. The access from the terrace to the garden is direct, being able to enjoy sunny area like palm trees, overlooking the Montgó.
You can enjoy this accommodation all year, enjoying the good weather of the town of Denia.
In case you need it, we have a cot, as well as a ladder protection fence for both children and your pet. The house is prepared for a total of 5 seats.
For the winter season the house has electric radiators, gas stove, as well as comforters and blankets for the beds.
No cleaning service is offered during the stay.
