First, the property owner was wonderful. But the room, not so much. Inadequate water pressure. Not enough hot water. Location was convenient for getting around but building was rundown and there were some homeless guys living in the entrance to the building next door. They did try to pee in bottles rather than in the street but you get the gist. Worst thing though was the smell. The place was clean but there was a faint but definite smell of mildew when you walked in the room. We thought it was the pillows but the very kind owner changed them out and it was still there. The room was inexpensive but I wish I had paid more for a nicer place.
