About this property

This unit is part of the newly constructed River Gorge Condos. The condos are right on the Tennessee River. You will get to enjoy the views of the Tennessee River Gorge and the surrounding mountains! This is a perfect spot for a relaxing weekend getaway! There is also a Kayak/Paddleboard rental company next door, River Canyon Adventures (seasonal May-Labor Day)! Our Guests receive a discount there as well. We also can offer last minute booking discounts for all seasons except the summer and holidays!

The Condo has all new Kitchen appliances. The living room has a 55 inch smart tv with basic cable and wifi. There is also a community grill that is available for use!

If you love the water, we have a brand new double-decker boat dock! It's perfect for fishing, swimming, or putting kayaks into the water! The roof top is a great place to relax and enjoy the views and the sun!

Our location is just minutes from great trails and other activities if you love the outdoors. Prentice cooper is only a few minutes away, and Signal Mountain is just 10 minutes away! Both have great trails with bluff views! We are also only 10 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga. There are many great restaurants, the TN aquarium, and other tourists attractions down there.

River View

Perfect river view. Great deck on top of boat dock for evening relaxation. Close to everything. Check out River Drifters on Suck Rd. Few minutes away, great food.

Short getaway

The place was awesome. The only thing missing was a washer and dryer. Overall we loved the place. We did have to leave a day earlier than planned because severe weather knocked the power out. Just an act of nature.

Fall Break

Great place and location. The views were beautiful. We were able to paddle board and enjoy the water. Visited Chattanooga a couple of times and the drive there was short and easy. Everything about the condo was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. The scenery was fantastic. The condo was very clean and well laid out. We utilized both air mattresses in the property. One was in good shape, the other didn’t hold air. Even though there was only one bedroom there were plenty of places to put air mattresses to accommodate our family. There were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. We enjoyed the views of the river and utilized the paddle board and kayaks from the rental next door. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and the bank. The upper-level deck on the dock was so relaxing and breath taking. We wished we had more time to stay and explore the river on the pontoon boats. Our check in process was super easy. The location was great, close to restaurants and stores. My only suggestion would be to add a few items to the kitchen, like a wire whisk, a spatula, mixing bowl, and a 9x13 pan. We are really hoping we can get the opportunity to come back!

This property & unit were AMAZING!!! First of all the cleanliness of the unit was impeccable! It had ALL of the creature comforts one might need- plus updated appliances & countertops throughout. Next, the view…Huge windows looking out onto the TN River, & a private dock where you can sit on top & enjoy the view 😍. Now let’s talk about the location!!! Walk right next door & you can rent kayaks @ a really reasonable price!! Want to visit downtown Chattanooga & all it has to offer? Don’t worry about a long drive!! This property is 15-17 minutes away from a plethora of options. Communication with the owner was easy & responses were timely. I really can not say anything negative about this property! My husband & I will be back!!!

Wonderful stay!

Wonderful views, riverfront. Quiet and gated. Condo was very nicely equipped. Stairs are a challenge to get suitcases up, no elevator. Great location with good roads and easy access and close to town and caverns.

Great property with great views and amenities. Gary the property owner was easily accessible and informative, when/if needed. Due to the snow, cold and winds I did not get a chance to take advantage of the deck top nor the pontoon. Definitely a property I would like to visit again.

Breath taking view!

This property location was top notch! The river with the mountain view was stunning, we staying in alot juat to enjoy the scenery. The condo itself was nice. The bed was very comfortable and waking to the fog on the river was beautiful! The decor of the condo could use some attention. Overall amazing weekend by the river. We will be back!

Fall Break

My teens and I enjoyed a few days at this condo on the Tennessee River. It was a beautiful October weekend. We really enjoyed the river view from the two-story floating dock. it was an easy drive into Downtown Chattanooga. A highlight was a sunset cruise through River Canyon Excursions. Our captain shared interesting history and facts about Chattanooga and the river. They picked us up and dropped us off at the dock on the property.

Better then the pictures show

The view is absolutely amazing. Right on the river and in the middle of the mountains yet only 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. Do yourself a favor and stay here. Nice and quiet and don’t rent kayaks online. If you stay here the rental is only $10. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Perfect Location

We had a great stay at the condo. The location was absolutely perfect. The river is your backyard. And it was a huge bonus to just walk next door to rent Kayaks. The scenery was amazing and it was just a short drive to downtown Chattanooga. There was a minor issue with cleaning but the owner handled it in a professional way. Overall, we had a really great experience.

I've been in real estate for over 30 years. I've done rental properties, flipped houses, and managed commercial real estate properties. I've had this property for 10 years and finally got to build these wonderful condos in 2016. I grew up in the Chattanooga area and use to live in the apartments next door and the house a couple houses over. I've seen the Chattanooga area grow and develop over the years and I'm wanting the River Gorge area to be one of those areas to improve. My wife and I live in one of the units and are son also lives in one of the units.

Why they chose this property

Imagine waking up and looking out the window and seeing Elder Mountain with the majestic Tennessee River flowing around it. Then going on the porch with a cup of coffee to enjoy the magnificent TN River Gorge and the relaxation you need. The scenery and things to do on the river last through every season of the year. There's fun in the sun during the summer, viewing the colors on the mountains in the fall, the peacefulness and seeing the mountains formations without leaves in the winter, and enjoying just being outside during the spring. There's a fire pit for the cold months and the boat dock has a roof to chill on during the warmer months. We also have a big yard if you want to bring games or play anything outside. My family and I also live at the condos, so if you ever need anything we're not far away. Come enjoy the TN River Gorge!

What makes this property unique

This is a very unique spot in several different ways. The location feels like you're far away from the city and the rest of society, but in reality you're only 5 minutes away from stores and places to get some food and only 10 minutes from downtown Chatt. Another benefit is our boat dock is one of the most peaceful places to sit on. Try to snag the rocking chair on top and just sit and enjoy the scenery. If it's the summer you can also jump into the water from up top. The last benefit is if you're a nature lover. The scenery is pretty tough to beat with the mountains on both sides of you and a river flowing through them. We are also 20-35 minutes away from different hiking trails that have aerial views of the River Gorge.
