Lovely property
Beautiful restored house with plenty of room. Nice kitchen and a lovely (but chilly) swimming pool. Hosts were wonderful. The only thing that was lacking were high quality beds. When staying for a week, a really good mattress makes loads of difference.

Heavenly holiday
Fantastic location with endless opportunities to explore Cornwall and the coast within a short drive. Accommodation was comfortable in impressive grounds. Children enjoyed helping with the lamas, burning off the last of their energy in the pool, and playing with the dogs. Pia was friendly and helpful, and from first contact until farewell. Highly recommended. Until next time!

Exceeded Expectations
Can’t speak highly enough of the cottage, location and hosts. The hosts were always available, although we didn’t need them for anything, except a friendly chat about the area when our paths crossed. The cottage is lovely and the grounds are wonderful. Easy access to town and well located for visits to beach and other attractions. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great Location
This is a lovely property and delightful setting, but the beds in Little Peregrine are so uncomfortable and the WiFi is unsecured, and we are now victims of scam emails !! Great shame !!

Lovely stay in idyllic surroundings
Little Peregrine is a fantastic little cottage which is situated in the grounds of Peregrine Hall. It proved to be an ideal size for our party - two couples and their furry friends (which were very much welcomed.) It has everything you could possibly need for a break away from home including washing machine, dishwasher, two bathrooms and its own private terrace. The grounds are fabulous and include a swimming pool (rather chilly during our stay), doves, llamas and a resident peacock! The cottage is ideally placed for a short walk into Lostwithiel which has a charming riverside setting and has several excellent pubs and a lovely cafe. The owners of the cottage were very friendly and helpful during our stay.

Beautiful property, lovely location
Peregrine Hall is a wonderful place for a holiday. The property is stunning, the hosts are helpful and welcoming. The pool was a popular feature on our holiday - lying by the pool in the sun each morning was perfection. The house and grounds are quiet and peaceful, but a short walk from the town. There's plenty of room to walk through the gardens. Holidaying here was a really lovely, relaxing experience. The cottage had everything we needed, it was spacious for a small family with great original features. We would definitely come back again!
