About this property
Palazzo Trebalate al Corso "central" holiday home
Overlooking the main square of Modica and Corso Umberto I, Palazzo Trebalate is the ideal starting point to visit the city that has always fascinated travelers for its narrow streets, the thousand houses kissed by the sun and arranged on the hill like a nativity scene , the baroque buildings, the refined restaurants and the sublime chocolate of Modica.
The Palace founded in the early twentieth century by the wealthy textile merchant Emanuele Trebalate is located in the lower part of the city, within walking distance of many attractions such as the Cathedral of S. Pietro the birthplace of Salvatore Quasimodo, the Palazzo della Cultura the church of Carmine.
From the balcony, guests will enjoy a splendid view.
A common area will welcome guests inside the structure: consisting of a living room with a sitting area equipped with a 40-inch TV and an open kitchen with oven.
The common area is equipped with:
Living room from the early 1900s, carefully restored, kitchen with patchwork in patchwork of 19th century majolica, Palermo cementite flooring, photos and period paintings and parts of the Sicilian Smeg big-size refrigerator cart in 1950s style.
