Terraced house located in Costa Rei in the area of "Sa Murta Alta", in a central position close to services and a 5 minute walk from the beach.
The Nostra three-room apartment is characterized by a beautiful and functional fully furnished veranda, by a garden that extends on the back of the house for about 150 m² enclosed by a pitosforo and oleander hedge, equipped with an outdoor shower with hot and cold water and built-in barbecue .
In the living area a dividing wall separates the area intended for the equipped kitchenette, the tastefully furnished living area is equipped with a pull-out sofa bed, 32-inch satellite TV, split for air conditioning.
The bathroom is complete with services, shower with box and washing machine. Two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, the latter through a French door allows access to the large garden.
Often chosen as a holiday home by our customers because it is located in a very quiet area and at the same time close to the center of Costa Rei, guaranteeing the possibility of moving without using the car.
