Apartment facing the Trez beach - close to the thalassotherapy center

Very nice apartment for 4 people, facing the Trez beach and the Bénodet seafront

This apartment with great benefits offers all the necessary comfort for a successful holiday with family or friends.

With an area of 85 m2, it is located in the heart of Bénodet but nevertheless quiet.
On the ground floor, it has a 20m2 terrace. You can take your meals there in peace. Facing the sea but nevertheless set back, green spaces protect you from strollers on the seafront.

The large living room of over 40 m2 faces large bay windows letting in light.
A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, hob, fridge, crockery and utensils etc.) opens onto the dining area and the living room equipped with a TV, DVD player and internet

Many books are available in the different rooms to occupy the rainy days.

On the private terrace, a set of garden furniture and a barbecue allow you to enjoy the sun.

The 2 bedrooms are each equipped with a 140 cm double bed. The bedding is of high quality, guaranteeing you a restful sleep.

In the bathroom you will find a bathtub and a shower. A washer / dryer is also available.

The apartment does not have a private parking space, but there are some in the adjacent streets.

Séjour très agréable et au calme

L'appartement était super agréable, à 5mn à pied de la plage du Trez, et surtout calme à souhait (aucun bruit des voisins ni de l'environnement). Les fauteuils sont très confortables avec les jambes qui se relèvent à l'horizontale et la télé super géante (environ 1.20 m de diamètre). L'hôtesse, Madame Caradec est d'un professionnalisme et dévouement à toute épreuve, faisant tout pour vous être agréable. Je recommande cette location. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés ! ...

Weekend agréable en bord de mer

Parfait pour 2 couples : après une bonne journée de nage, de marche ou de velo, tout est là pour récupérer et repartir de pus belle. Calme, bien situé avec une terasse au calme.... on en redemande!
