The house benefits from Air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchen ( inclusive. children’s cutlery), 2.5 bathrooms, shared swimming pool, private garden with built-in kitchen/barbecue.

Located in the beautiful Luz de Tavira where you can have a peaceful summer day by the pool. The closest beach is Praia do Barril, which is reached in 10 minutes by car. Tavira is the closest city, which is also 10 minutes away. Tavira has all major supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars. Beautiful to walk at night and has a delicious “natural “ ice cream by the Roman Bridge.

Fantastic stay
Fantastic host and accommodation, felt welcome and just an amazing property, as well as the surrounding. Quiet but still things to do with a young child. The accommodation was amazing, comfortable with all the amenities one could need and even more. Beaches and shops are a short drive away, and the pool is literally meters from the backyard. Carol was an exceptional host, you can see the personal touches in the property, the communication great and helpful.

As this is our house is fully furnished and nicely decorated as well as everything works and is in good shape. The house is big and can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 kids.

We rent our house every summer and travel around the world with our kids. Our aim is to travel around the globe by the time they move on...

Our house is a unique house at our condo ( from client’s feedback).

Our house is nicely decorated, has absolutely everything a family may need for the holiday. All kitchen utensils, water filter, underground garage, beach furniture, gym bench and weights, Separated laundry room with washer and dryer, great gourmet area outside with built-in bbq, tables and chairs and a fully fenced garden. We also have a marvellous terrace where to sunbathe in privacy. On top of everything we offer 2 cleanings a week , high quality linen and a welcome dinner to our clients.
