Suitable for families and large groups to experience fun times while making lasting memories. The 3 bed/2 bath home has an entertainment room (play a guitar, hang out at the bar and play battle toss), covered porch with grill and large back yard.

Nice furnishings throughout the house and plenty of beds for all types of groups. Two bedrooms with Queen size beds, one bedroom has a Full/Twin Custom bunk bed. Sofa sleeper is Queen size and a Full Size futon is in the entertainment room.

The house was exactly as shown online. It was clean and well stocked. It was built in 1950 so age issues are to be expected. I would definitely stay there again.

this house was so cute and decorated nicely. the kitchen had everything we could need for our stay. we were there for my daughters 21st birthday. the location was perfect for going to Broadway. we will definitely be back.

Great home, great location!

After delays, arriving way later than expected and wet luggage, the house was easy to find and the use of the clothes dryer was a relief. Lots of info given which was great since it was our first time using VRBO. Great neighbourhood and within 15-20 minutes of everywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely use Vrbo again and recommend this home!

This was our first visit to Nashville and the house was great. Check in was very easy. It was an easy drive to downtown and we also visited good restaurants in Donelson, which was very close. Having 2 bathrooms in the house was great.

The location was great away from the hustle and bustle of things, close to the grocery store and a quiet neighborhood. Communication was also great with the Owners. We enjoyed our stay.

Peaceful get away

The place was wonderful. It was different than other places we have stayed in the past. We created a lot of great memories and had wonderful family time with the kids. The host was wonderful. She went out of her way to make sure we were more than comfortable. LOVED this place.

Southwestern Reunion

We came into town for the Southwestern Company alumni reunion and this was the absolute best place to stay. Close to all the activities at the company and super short trip into downtown. Owners are amazing and we had a blast!

Weekend family getaway

This house was perfect for all of us to stay in for the weekend. We went to see Kane Brown in concert on Friday & went to the Opry mills mall on Saturday. It wasn't too far from either destination.

Awesome house for a family trip

The property was so nice! It was very roomy. The entertainment room was spacious for children 2-6 to run around in. LOL....Jondra was very accommodating and responsive. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Will definitely stay again if needed and recommend!

My daughters Bachelorette Gathering

Let me start with the booking.. so easy and we even needed to change our date after booking and the owner did this without any hesitation. The house is in an older subdivision but to be honest we all said there was never a minute that we did not feel safe or uncomfortable. We actually all loved this house and would not hesitate to rent again. Clean, homey, very inviting… the owners were very responsive to emails. STAY HERE!! It’s worth every penny

Vince and I currently live in Mount Juliet, TN. We have lived in the Nashville area for over 30 years and have watched this wonderful city grow. We have two sons, 22 & 20 years. One just graduated college and the other one is still in college. Our other family member, Buster, runs the show in our house. We love giving back to the community and helping others so we bought this home to share in our love of serving others in this great city.

This property is in one of the hip and upcoming cities in Nashville. The home is absolutely adorable and the location is very close to many things to do.
The house is located 8 mins from the airport, 9 mins from Opryland and 12 mins from downtown.
