We call this EP9 Building.

Our EP9 building comprises of 4 separate and unique apartments, located on 4 different levels.

There is a total of 4 independent apartments, that offer 6 bedrooms, 4 kitchens and 5 bathrooms.

All apartments have Wi-Fi.
All apartments have access to the roof top terrace.
We provide necessary crockery and cutlery as well as linen and towels.

Apartment layout and more amenities:
1. Apartment EP9B: studio apartment situated 2 steps below street level. Sleeps 2 on queen size and 1 on single bed This apartment has a separate, private access.
2. Apartment EP9G: two bedroom apartment situated on the elevated ground floor. Sleeps 4 in queen size beds. This apartment is located 8 steps above street level.
3. Apartment EP9U: one bedroom with king size double bed and one bedroom with queen size double bed. One more person sleeps in the living room sofa bed. Two full bathrooms; one is en suite. The apartment is on the first floor, a total of 30 steps above street level.
4. Apartment EP9T: studio apartment situated on the roof top terrace of this building. Sleeps 2 on queen size bed. This apartment is located a total of 43 steps above street level. The main steps are via an external metal staircase.

Apartment EP9U (first floor) is the only apartment that offers:
- washing machine
- TV
- dishwasher
- microwave
- private balcony

Apartments EP9B, G and T may use the washing machine located on the roof top.

Location info
These apartments are located in Psirri, minutes’ walk away from Monastiraki and Plaka.
Monastiraki station serves the Athens International airport and the port of Piraeus.
Plaka is the heart of Athens historical city centre, where most main monuments are located.
Psirri is a place where you still find lovely artisan shops such as candle making and leather workshops. It has great restaurants, cafes and art spaces.
You will also find grocery stores, bakeries and the Athens Central Food Market, the famous Varvakios Agora.
Walking around Psirri can be deceiving as it has many old buildings and lots of street art. The street art scene has produced many outstanding artists and their work is widely photographed and admired.
The artisan shops, the residents who greet each other by their first names and the visitors create a place of unique character.


Check in - check out
We are happy to provide flexible check in and checkout times, so just let us know when you would like to arrive and depart and we will do our best to satisfy your requests. Please note that depending on availability check in will be by 3pm and check out is by 11am.

Check-in between 21:00 and 09:00
For arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00 we recommend to use our reliable taxi drivers who will pick you up at the airport and check you into the apartment. The cost is 45 Euros up until 23:00 and 60 Euros between 23:00 and 05:00.
Alternatively, if you make your own way to the apartment, one of our staff will welcome you at the apartment. There is a late check-in fee of 20 Euros, which you need to pay upon arrival.
