Spacious, comfortable, excellent location

Lovely property with the outside area and outdoor kitchen making the property a great choice for us as 6 adults. Indoor space is spacious with comfortable beds and a/c in all the bedrooms. Very well equipped both inside and out with everything you need for cooking and entertaining. Communication was excellent with the owners and also Alexandra who met us in arrival. Easy check in and out.

House looks better on the pictures than it really is. Everything inside is old. Clean, nice location. I would not recommended for this price

Fantastic holiday house for three generations to enjoy

We were wowed by this house the moment we entered. The layout was perfect. Excellent air conditioning in sleeping quarters. New parents in a double room, with adjacent, walk through bedroom ideal for the 7 month old baby in the travel cot. Grand parents on the same floor, all with private bathrooms. Adult daughter in lower ground en suite with speedy access to the beautiful, large pool. We quickly adapted to using the very well equipped outdoor kitchen, for barbecues and lazy days swimming and using comfortable pool loungers. The first floor terrace was great for breakfasts, or maybe a different spot in the incredible garden with palms, citrus, jasmin and other attractive plants. Space to gather and to spread out. A great discovery to which we would readily return. Tasteful, well equipped and furnished by someone who knows how to entertain, enjoy and relax. Highly recommend. We did enjoy the area too, local restaurants, bakery, supermarket, cafe, beaches, Dali House, Dali Museum, Cadaques, but always looked forward to coming back.

Très bonnes vacances

Villa très bien équipée dans un lotissement calme avec magnifique vue sur la baie de Roses. La cuisine d'été avec plancha, réfrigérateur américain et lave vaisselle à proximité de la grande piscine est très agréable.

Tolles, sehr sauberes Haus mit schönem Aussenbereich!

Wir waren 8 Personen und haben zwei super Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Die Aussenküche direkt beim Poolbereich ist genial und gut eingerichtet! Das Haus ist sehr sauber, Check-In und Check-Out unkompliziert. Einziger kleiner Punkt: das eine Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer. Dies sieht man zwar auf den Plänen, könnte aber auch in der Beschreibung erwähnt sein.

Calme et confort

Nous avons séjourné à 5 dans cette jolie maison Idéale pour des enfants dès 8 ans à mon avis. Très bien équipé niveau électroménager et vaisselle largement de quoi faire et à double entre les deux cuisines. Literie au top. Climatisation dans les chambres comprises assez rare à noter. Grande piscine et cuisine d'été ou nous avons passer tout notre temps. Petit village au calme proche de tout. En bref je recommande cette maison qui continue d être rénover tout les ans apparement.

perfekte Sommertage

Wir haben es sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet alles. Der Pool ist gross und perfekt gelegen, dazu gleich noch die halb indoor/outdoor Küche mit Grill, wir haben fast jeden Abend frischen Fisch gebrutzelt. Ebenso gibt es eine Küche oben, genügen Geschirr, Kochutensilien, Spielsachen, sogar Babybett und Babystuhl. alle Schlafzimmer können mit Klimaanlagen gekühlt werden. Es war einfach alles perfekt. Wir hatten nur ganz wenige Wünsche: ohne Corona hätten wir natürlich die Gegend mehr geniessen können, ohne Mücken hätten wir uns nicht jeden Abend von oben bis unten einsprühen müssen...! Aber das wars auch schon. Alles andere war wunderbar, wir kommen sicher bald mal wieder...

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette villa de haut standing. Très belle habitation, proche de la plage sans ses inconvénients. Calme et repos assuré. Sans être dans la dépréciation, on peut regretter un pack minimum pour les premiers instants comprenant quelques produits comme: sucre, sel, sac poubelle... Mais cela reste un détail ! Félicitations

Très bonnes vacances

La maison est très bien équipée en vaisselle et électroménager. La piscine est spacieuse et propre. En cas de problème une personne vous donne les réponses rapidement. Les chambres sont climatisées et fonctionnent bien. La villa est bien située à 5 mn de aqua brava, de rosas et de empuria. Des supermarchés sont à proximité. Vraiment rien à dire sur la maison.

Séjour gréable

Nous avons passé un séjour du 17 Juin au 1 Juillet trés agréable. Je rejoins le commentaire précédent sur le fait que la maison est « très agréable à vivre, très bien équipée, très fonctionnelle, très spacieuse et très bien climatisée ». La piscine est peu être un peu trop profonde si vous avez des enfants, ce n'est pas mon cas, mais si vous en avez, pensez aux brassards. Celle-ci est nettoyée toutes les semaines par une personne qui prend son temps pour bien faire son travail (1 heure). J'ai déjà loué des maisons ou cela était vite expédié en 10 min. Vous avez bien internet et la TV en Français si jamais il pleut (ça nous est arrivé malheureusement :( ). Bémol également concernant la literie surtout pour le sous sol, très mauvaise, on à du tirer au sort les lits.. Et puis il y a 2 lit 2x1 place, c'est assez contraignant en couple car les lits on tendance à s'écarter. De plus nous avions convenu de la mise à disposition des serviettes et draps , mais les serviettes avaient 20/30 ans d'âge (presque translucide de par leur faible épaisseur) et les draps qui sont en fait des housses de couettes, qui ne vont pas avec les couettes, il aurait mieux fallu s'abstenir. Mais globalement nous sommes très satisfaits de notre choix, quartier calme, belle vue, resto sympa et non attrape gogo à proximité... Néanmoins la prochaine fois nous louerons plus proche de la mer, mais ca, c'est une affaire de gouts.

Agréable Séjour

Vous avons passé un trés agréable séjour. La maison est trés agréable à vivre, trés bien équipée, trés fonctionnelle, trés spacieuse et trés bien climatisée. La vie estivale se déroule au rdc avec la cuisine d'été, sous la pergola au bord de la piscine. L'immense terrasse du 1er étage permet de prendre le petit déjeuner avec une spendide vue sur la baie de Rosas ou de s'y réfugier en cas d'intempérie (rare mais possible à toute saison). Peut-être un seul bémol, la literie qui à part une des chambres du 1er étage n'est pas excellente... Encore une fois, nous sommes trés satisfaits de notre choix pour ces vacances passées dans cette location: espace (intérieur & extérieur), environnement, équipements et vue.
