About this property
A family home in the heart of downtown Scicli.
Far from tourist routes, the accommodation is located in the historic center of Scicli, where you can discover the authentic Sicilian way of life. A maze of small alleys will lead you to a bright house, recently renovated and completely independent. From its location, it overlooks the city, allowing you to enjoy a splendid view of this UNESCO World Heritage site from all its windows and terraces.
The "Tano" house is built in stone and is arranged on 1 level. Its living area is 107m².
It also consists of 2 terraces that will allow you to enjoy a view of the old Scicli: breathtaking!
Parking:
we do not have private parking because we are in a small uphill road in the city center towards the church of S. Matteo. However, there is the possibility of stopping near the entrance of the house, to drop off your luggage, your groceries or your family.
Generally, we easily find free and paid places (blue lines) on the main places (piazze), they are about 5 to 10 minutes walk from the house.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to enjoy some very good restaurants in the center of Scicli, so you don't have to use the car as often as you think.
LOCATION
Scicli is at ten minutes by car from beautiful sunny beaches, both free and equipped.
Comiso airport is around 30 minutes by car and Pozzallo port.
From Messina 170 km of motorway passing through Catania and along Syracuse-Gela and approximately 30 km of provincial road from the compulsory exit for Rosolini, average journey time less than three hours.
