A family home with garden in the heart of the center of Scicli.

Far from tourist routes, the accommodation is located in the historic center of Scicli, where you can discover the authentic Sicilian lifestyle. A maze of small alleys will lead you to a bright, recently renovated and completely independent house. From its location, overlooking the city, it allows you to enjoy, from all the windows and the terrace, a splendid view of this UNESCO World Heritage country.

The “Elio” house is built with dry stone walls and is located on 2 levels, it consists of 3 bedrooms each with a window or French door. Its living area is 215m², and its exterior measures around 200m².
The master suite is alone on the top floor with a private bathroom and dressing room.
On the lower floor there are two other bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, the first with a skylight above the shower and the other with the wall of a large stone shower.
At the end of the corridor there is the cozy open kitchen and its living room, with direct access to the large terrace. This is the perfect place for an aperitif and to dine with family and friends, while contemplating the lights of the city that looks like a crib, on the one hand, and on the other you can enjoy the impending San Matteo, the most characteristic church which rises from the top of the homonymous hill.

If the eight places with which our house is equipped were not sufficient, our "hamlet" is also composed of 2 other neighboring houses: Tonino (2 people) and Tano (4 people).

Parking: we do not have private parking because we are in a small uphill road in the city center towards the church of S. Matteo. However, there is the possibility of stopping near the entrance of the house, to drop off your luggage, your groceries or your family.
Generally, we easily find free and paid places (blue lines) on the main places (piazze), they are about 5 to 10 minutes walk from the house.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to enjoy some very good restaurants in the center of Scicli, so you don't have to use the car as often as you think.

LOCATION
Scicli is twenty minutes drive from beautiful sunny beaches, both free and equipped.
Comiso airport is about 40 minutes away by car. Catania airport is about 90 minutes by car but is also connected by a convenient bus service.
From Messina 170 km of highway passing through Catania and along the Siracusa-Gela and after about 30 km of provincial road from the mandatory exit for Rosolini: average travel time less than three hours.

The house is individual and remains entirely available to guests for the duration of their stay
