Encil is a stone-built end-terrace resting in the village of Beddgelert in Wales. There are two bedrooms in the cottage, made up of a double with an en-suite shower and a twin, served by a shower room, the cottage can sleep four guests. On the ground floor is an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. To the rear of the property you will find a multi-level patio with furniture, while to the front is roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Encil is a wonderful cottage to base a retreat as a couple or a family of four in Wales.
Amenities: Electric heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge. TV with Freeview, WiFi and a selection of games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen included in rent. Stairgate available. Roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Raised patio with furniture. Stair gate on request. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Note: There are two steps up into the property. Note: The property is located on the main road, some road noise to be expected.
