Adorable cottage completely updated in 2017 is conveniently located on a quiet street in the heart of the historic district and is within walking distance to Conway’s vibrant downtown with all its restaurants and shops. This cozy cottage is only 3 blocks from Central Baptist College, .5 miles from the University of Central Arkansas, and approximately 1 mile from Hendrix College. This home features a fully stocked kitchen with quartz counter tops and stainless appliances. In addition, there are hardwood floors throughout the home, 2 flat screen TV’s, Hulu Live TV, WiFi Internet, and a laundry room. Our cottage is perfect for parent’s visiting their college student, alumnae attending school activities, girls’ weekends, a family checking out colleges, or business people seeking a more “home like” venue. Relaxing stay in this idyllic cottage!

We stayed 4 nights in the beautifully decorated cottage while visiting our son who attends UCA. It was exactly as pictured and described. It was wonderful to spend our mornings and evenings relaxing and the property was private with no close neighbors. We enjoyed it so much we booked another stay for 5 nights in March.

Another Great Stay

This is the second Christmas we spent here and it was another great stay. Our daughter and her partner live nearby in a tiny apartment so we cooked Christmas dinner for the four of us. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. We slept great in the comfortable bed. The neighboorhood is very quiet and in a good location.
