Located in the quiet and upmarket neighbourhood of Clapham Town, this spacious apartment overlooks Grafton Square with all its greenery and has all the mod cons, perfect for holidays and business trips.
Our home has a large, open, living area that includes a sitting room with comfortable seating and a smart TV. We have a fully equipped kitchen with an electric hob, oven, microwave, toaster, etc.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with hotel quality linens and duvets for your comfort. The bathroom has all the essentials (shower/tub, toilet, sink and mirror) with complimentary towels, soap and shampoo. So just drop your bags and explore the great city of London!

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before your scheduled time, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout.

While the flat is located in a peaceful square, just two minutes away is the vibrant Clapham Common area with lots of lovely cafes, a wide variety of restaurants, pubs and bars as well as specialist food shops. Late night supermarkets are within short walking distance. On Saturdays, there is a lively food street market at Venn Street, next to the Clapham Picture house cinema. Clapham Common is a large public park with jogging paths, playgrounds and a skateboarding park.
All within an easy bus ride are Battersea Park, the new Battersea Power Station development, Brixton and Chelsea/Kings Road.
The flat has excellent transport connections. Close to Clapham Common tube station (approx. 5 minutes by foot), the tube journey time is 15-20 minutes to the West End or the City. Several useful/scenic bus routes pass nearby and alternatively you can use taxis/Uber.
Gatwick Airport is easily accessible by train from Clapham Junction, Heathrow by Uber/taxi and London City by tube/DLR.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
We also charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, replacing the locks may incur an additional cost. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
