Oceanfront, first floor condo with private walkway to the beach. Our cozy condo offers 2 bedrooms/ 2 baths and has everything you will need for a perfect vacation getaway.

Just steps to the beach through your own private walkway. The Seagulls Nest is in a central location on the island! It is about a 15 minute walk to the pier (if you go left) and a boardwalk (if you go right).
* Pets are allowed with $125.00 pet fee for one dog and $200 pet fee for 2 dogs.
** Linens are provided

Pet Policy:
** The "I am traveling with a pet" button must be checked when making your reservation.
• Two pet maximum ($125 non-refundable pet fee for one dog, $200 non-refundable pet fee for two dogs)

Short Easter stay

Myself, my husband and 2 of our grandchildren loved staying at the property. It was a great location for us. We weren’t in the condo much but it was clean and all we needed for our short stay. And it was still close enough to visit our friends in Leland.Our senior pug loved being able to go down to the beach. She is blind and partial deaf but loves the feel of the water on her feet. Would have loved to stay longer but unfortunately the grandchildren had to return early. We will be back because we also love to deep sea fish a Nd the marina was very close.

Weekend getaway.

Ovall 5 stars for location,& view!! But the property owner might want to check on the cleaning service they are using. The unit was dirty upon check in. Surfaced cleaned at best. The kitchen floor had dried up ketchup and we swept up at least 2 dust pans full of dirt, not sand before bringing our belongings in.

My Happy Place

The week at CB was very much needed, as I was in great need of a get away. The one year anniversary of my husbands passing occurred while I was there and my sisters were with me to help me reminisce and celebrate him. Thank you for your wonderful place.

Thanksgiving at the beach

The door entry code did not work. We had to use the hard key. The kitchen does not have proper outlets for all the appliances. The water pressure is incredibly low in the showers. The toilet backed up. Other than that the proximity to the beach is great!

Spectacular getaway

My son was on fall break, and we all decided to head for the beach. While there tends to be more places available this time of year, we also wanted to take our dog, which narrows our choices. Fortunately, we found this condo. It was perfect! Conversation with the owners were quick and we easily booked our stay. The Condo was clean in site and smell. The towels were laid out and both my daughter and wife commented on the touches such as the makeup remover provided in the bathroom. My son had no comment on that. The location was excellent. We have been coming to Carolina Beach for many years and we usually hit the Food Lion on the way in for coffee and such but this year it simply didn't happen. As it turns out, what turned into a wonderful routine was getting up and walking the dog 30 seconds to the Corner Market, picking up a cup of coffee and hitting the beach for a long walk. Speaking of location, the condo is located about a 20-minute walk to the boardwalk and most of the local restaurants. We really didn't have to drive anywhere, and we hit all our favorite haunts! We would 100% book this condo again. It was a fantastic time away and the condo checked all the boxes.

Great place at the beach

We had a great stay. Comfortable, pet-friendly condo. Beachfront. We had everything we wanted/needed. Have family in Wilmington (with our first grandchild) so this was a great/close-by place for us. We'll stay again for sure.

It was nice... however Ophelia decided to park on the beach during out stay so it rained most of the time. But at least we could see and hear the ocean. It was a nice time

No more condos for us. Neighbors upstairs too noisy.

The porch was the best part of the condo. And the chairs the most comfortable. The dinette hard benches were not good. We like to do puzzles and/or play Rummicube at a table.

2023 Summer Vac.

The rental has a good location. The parking was an issua for us. It os not optimal for large vehicles to park under without worrying someone damaging your vehicle, or getting out form the side paths.

Property is old

For the amount paid and pictures in listing, I expected more. The property is old and the balcony needs structural repairs. Parking it tricky and narrow. Main bath tub is dirty and shower curtain/liner needs replaced. The instructions to strip beds and do laundry is a bit much. For the fees paid, I would think that is the responsibility of the cleaning team.

Upon arrival we needed to clean hair out of tubs, lint and sand out of dryer and trash behind the door. Considering the long list of rules and cleaning requirements I am shocked the rental price was so high. Never have I had to spend so much time cleaning, emptying trash and doing was prior to departure.

Beautiful Ocean View

We had a gorgeous ocean view even from the first floor. Easy access to the beach. Different amenities available- Wi-Fi, books, tv with Amazon fire stick, board games etc.. we lucked out on the weather and didn’t have any rainy days, so we spent most of our time at the beach. Our two pups enjoyed their stay as well :)
