About this property

Apartment in Club nautico Moraira

Ideal flat for a couple's getaway. Located in the old town of Moraira on the seafront. From inside you can enjoy magnificent views of the sea and the Club Náutico de Moraira.

Our flat is modern, very practical, with lots of light, and its location ensures a total immersion in Moraira, its atmosphere and its culture.

It consists of a living-dining room, kitchen and a bedroom suite with Queen size bed and bathroom with shower.

From inside you can access the terrace where you can sunbathe and dine under the stars. Opening the huge windows gives you a nice feeling of freedom, which will make you relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Our flat is located on the first floor and the access is by stairs. It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Access to the terrace is also via stairs.

The TV only has Spanish channels and there is no music system.
Please note that the flat is located in the centre of Moraira, and although it is known for being a quiet and residential town, it is possible that there may be occasional ambient noise.

The flat does not have private parking. The private car park of the Club Nautico is 170 metres away on foot, and the free municipal car park is 500 metres away on foot.

Excellent location in the centre of the old town. Accommodation definitely not suitable for older people due to the number of steep steps to get in and inside the flat up to the rooftop. Apartment was in need of a few repairs but everything was clean. Soundproofing not good and noise from flat below was bad. Local bars and restaurants were a bit noisy but to be expected and they mostly stuck to the local rules and closed by midnight. For a couple staying in Moraira this apartment was ideal.

Moraira Stay
Good location, great views. Definately not suitable for those with access difficulties. Apartment is above a bar and very close to a number of restaurants so be prepared for noisy late nights. Apartment is very modern and has a roof terrace. Sadly there is no equipment up there e.g. a couple of sunbeds would be nice. There is a table and umbrella on the terrace but both items need to be replaced as the table and chairs are old and worn plus the umbrella is broken/damaged. It would have been nice to see these in the same condition as the rest of the apartment. There is a automatic blind system for the windows which when approached first time is confusing, there are no instructions on how to operate them. These items aside our stay was great despite the lack of sleep.

Tolles Objekt in absoluter Traumlage
Das Objekt liegt in perfekter Umgebung mit unfassbar schönem Ausblick auf den Hafen und das Meer. Alles zu Fuss erreichbar, auch beide Strände. Küche ist gut ausgestattet, ich würde aber Restaurants in der Nähe vorziehen, denn es ist alles in der direkten Umgebung zu guten Preisen. Gute Kommunikation mit den Vermieter/Vermittler, aber eine Sache hat mich total gestört, nämlich der zu hohe Preis der Endreinigung. Auch wenn ich den Preis vorher wusste, die Wohnung putzt man allein in 45 min mit Bettwäsche Wechsel und daher ist der Preis dafür einfach zu hoch. Wenn er nicht separat ausgewiesen gewesen wäre, dann wär der Gesamtpreis sogar noch ok gewesen für das schöne Objekt
