Situated in a stunning position with views to Loch Tay it has incredible floor to ceiling windows with patio doors allowing you to extend the lounge onto the balcony area for al fresco living. A state of the art audio visual system is linked to all the rooms allowing music to be controlled for playback in individually rooms or communal living areas.

The living room is equipped with a Plasma TV with a linked Media Centre allowing films to be viewed and retrieved in cinema sound surround with the room equipped with electronically controlled ceiling mood lighting to suit every event. There is a multi-channel TV system as well as FREE WiFi internet access. A large selection of books, games and novels are also available.

The balconied master bedroom features an en suite shower, super king size bed, built-in mirrored wardrobe and leads into the designer open plan lounge, fully equipped kitchen with granite work tops and a dining area. The open tread oak staircase leads to ground floor level where there is 1 x twin bedroom & a further bedroom that can be either super king or twin. One with an en suite bathroom and built-in wardrobe and the other an en suite shower and door leading out to the rear enclosed garden where there is a hot tub, gas barbecue and patio furniture for al fresco dining. All bedrooms have televisions and dvd players. A games area "snug" with TV and connected Xbox 360 is situated under the stairs with a selection of games. There is also a well-equipped utility room with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a separate cloakroom/WC.
