Nice apartment in the heart of the Ira Residence in Porto Rotondo. Delightful apartment located a stone's throw from the Ira beach in Porto Rotondo (of which you have private access), consisting of: 3 bedrooms and precisely, of which: 1 bedroom with "queen" double bed, built-in wardrobe and window at the back of the house; 1 bedroom with French bed, wardrobe and ceiling fan; 1 bedroom with two separate beds with wardrobe, built-in safe, ceiling fan, with independent entrance to the patio and with independent bathroom in complete privacy; - 1 living room / kitchen - equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, television, ceiling fan and with a comfortable sofa bed - 2 bathrooms with showers - 1 patio covered by a wooden canopy with two tables and chairs; a Sardinian stone bench covered with comfortable cushions; garden with n. 3 beach beds + umbrella For the wifi we have a modem with a charge of 20 € included in the price. (in the whole residence there are currently no other wifi). Apartment located on the ground floor facing the sea, a few steps from the sea (beach ira) surrounded by a large lawn, free covered parking space and free security. Two restaurants located on the beach. Tennis court and beauty center available for a fee within the residence. Supermarket easily reachable on foot (7/8 minutes), free bus to the center of Porto Rotondo which passes with high frequency.
