This charming mezzanine apartment has all the essentials for your next city break. Just a few steps away from the Tram 28 stop, here you find two bedrooms, both with double beds, one bathroom with shower and one toilet, and a bright living room with a well-equipped kitchenette and dining table.

Access to the apartment is made by code. Guests should go directly to the apartment and contact our team upon arrival to provide the ID or Passport information and obtain the access codes.

Séjour remplis de surprises

L’appartement était est comme sur les photos et l’arrivée, c'est fait simplement. Par contre le quartier n’était pas très rassurant et la porte n’était pas très sécurisée. - Peu de rangement pour les vêtements et dans la salle de bain pareil juste un tiroir. - Propreté bof ... cheveux d’autres personnes dans le robinet, odeur d’égout dans la douche . - 1 fenêtre à l’étage et 1 ventilateur sur 2 qui marchent .. donc il faisait une chaleur horrible ! - Très peu d’essentiels dans la cuisine + nous avons pu faire la rencontre d’un CAFARD dans le meuble cuisine !! Nous l’avons surnommé Juão pour les prochains occupant bon courage pour l’attraper ! :( Enfin bref que de surprise pendant ce séjour... Nous avons passé un bon séjour mais l’appartement nous a déçus et nous avons mal dormi à cause de la chaleur.

We enjoyed our stay, however, with only one window upstairs and none downstairs and one fan it was quite hot. The unit was also very small with not much room to get around or access your luggage.

Terrible. We were never told that we had to go downtown to get the key.

We were never told that we had to go downtown to get the key. Took a cab from the airport to the welcome center. Unloaded our luggage. Once we were inside the welcome center we were told the property was another cab drive away. Got another cab, loaded up all the luggage for four people and proceeded to the apartment. There is a lock out door in the apartment adjacent to another apartment. The door was never locked. I complained feeling unsafe because anyone from the other apartment could enter our apartment. No one came to lock that door. We then move the couch up against the door which was right by the stairway and the front door. For three nights we lived in awkward situations. I will never recommend feels like home again. So disappointed and, made our stay in Lisbon uncomfortable. The shower was so small that water leaked out onto the floor. We are each given one set of towels, unfortunately because of the water on the bathroom floor we didn’t have what was needed to mop up the floor each time a shower was taken. That’s four showers and night times three nights.🤯👎

Gute zentrale Lage; Bahn, Bus, Metro in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar

Wohnung war guter Ausgangspunkt zum Entdecken Lissabons: mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln alles gut zu erreichen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants um die Ecke; im Erdgeschoss war ein Schlafraum ohne jegliches Fenster bzw. Belüftung (außer Ventilator bzw. Klimagerät), die Dusche sehr beengt und im Bad keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeit, im oberen Teil Doppelbett neben dem einzigen Fenster und WC + Waschbecken Fazit: für 2 Gäste ist es ausreichend und ansprechend

Un bon séjour

Logement propre et efficace situé dans le quartier populaire de Grâca. Quelques petites remarques néanmoins : cafetière défectueuse, prise électrique qui pend à l’étage, pas un torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle, très peu d’aération ( une petite fenêtre à l’étage seulement), paroi de douche très étroite ( en faisant attention, le sol extérieur de la douche est trempé), une étagère dans la salle de douche et quelques crochets supplémentaires sont vraiment nécessaires. Nous avons néanmoins passé un très bon séjour 😊🇵🇹

Clean and cozy

We enjoyed the minimalist decor and proximity to cafes and the park. Thankful that a 2nd fan was delivered as there’s only 1 window in the unit and it can get warm without circulation of air.

Camas cómodas, sitio tranquilo. Pero el baño con ducha y el aseo diminutos. Poco ventilado. Hay que subir muchas cuestas o escaleras para llegar. No funciona la WiFi.
