About this property

Apartment Vista Pool and garden

Pool and garden view: Double terrace: Located on the ground floor, overlooking the garden and pool (free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, full kitchen, 48m2, fully equipped) The Paseo has 6 types of apartments, with capacity for between 1 and 3 people.
Each apartment measures about 48 m² and has a separate bedroom with two single beds, kitchen / living room, bathroom and two private balconies / terraces.

All apartments are separated and isolated from each other, and have side screens to preserve the privacy in the two balconies / terraces, having large openings, which avoid suffering from air conditioning and allow optimum ventilation throughout the year.
We are a complex of 18 apartments and this allows us to pamper whoever visits us.

With a privileged location on the beachfront of Playa del Inglés and next to the Dunes of Maspalomas, our apartments provide all the comforts to ensure maximum comfort and a well-deserved rest.
