About this property

Large Chianti house in organic wine farm with pool

Apartment Gina is in the heart of our organic wine farm, in the Chianti region.
The house has a large living room with kitchen on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor.

In the house there is plenty of space and in the summer guests love to relax in the private garden or to come to our little shop and drink a glass of our wine with us.

The swimming pool is at 90 mt from the house.

A guided tour of our cellar with wine and cheese tasting will be offered to all the guests staying at the farm.

Closest restaurant is at 4km, closest grocery shop is at 3km, nearest supermarket is at 15km.

We can book for you extra services such as cooking classes, dinners delivered in the house, hot air ballooning, massages, e-bike tours, goldsmith course, horse riding lessons.....

We are a large Swiss family now its fourth generation.

Since Wendelin Gelpke’s acquisition of Corzano in 1971 and the subsequent addition of Paterno in 1974 the farm has developed along three specific lines; wine and olive oil production, the artisanal production of sheep cheeses, and “agriturismo” or farm holiday rental.

In 2001, following Gelpke’s death, his wife, three daughters, son and nephew became co-owners of the farm, working hard to keep Wendel's dream going on.

Why they chose this property

The family is happy to share this corner of paradise with other people from all over the world and to promote a lifestyle closely linked to respect for the territory and the tradition of cheese and wine making
