The Glass House: 3BR Townhome with Sound Views

Conveniently located across the Gulf of Mexico. This Townhouse sits on the Santa Rosa Sound, with beautiful views from bedrooms and living room. Easy access to the backyard, where you can walk next to the water and enjoy a beautiful view. The first level features an indoor sitting area with access to the back of the house. Additionally, we just added 4 twin bunk beds on the first floor, this is great bonus space for the larger group!

The 2nd level have the Kitchen in the middle, dining room plus sitting area on the gulf side and a larger living room with glass windows from floor to ceiling on the sound side. The 3rd floor have the 2 bedrooms, one queen bed in each room facing the sound with beautiful views from the window. The master bedroom is located on the same floor with a king and own bathroom.

This town home is a great Beach destination for those who want the full beach experience. There are community boat slips available so bring your boat right to the back yard!

The Gulf of Mexico is just steps out the front side of the town home with a great beach access point to a low density beach! The water of Little Sabine just steps out the back door are great for fishing, kayaking, paddle board and boating. Come checkout this unique gem for the best of what Pensacola Beach has to offer!

There were a few things that I might have included in the rental like shampoo, conditioner, and soap in a dispenser in the bathrooms. The house was very accommodating, space wise. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, listening to the water lap up on the shore. It was just steps across Fort Pickens Road to the beach

Fantastic location

Our 10 person group enjoyed our stay at this property, located perfectly to have views from the windows out the back to the Bay and out the front to the Ocean! Everything was clean, good beds and linens provided, and a 2 minute walk to a pristine public beach. No beach gear is provided so you have to bring your own. Easy check in and good communication too. We would stay here again.

Perfect condo for a large family

This tri-level property is definitely ideal for a large family. Our teenagers had their own level of the house, although a door to separate their noise from the middle floor would be ideal. There are lots of stairs so pack a baby gate if your bringing littles. The house is in a perfect location, close to the beaches, restaurants and shopping. We had beautiful views from the 2 upper levels and a patio out back to let the littles play. Definitely will book again, this condo was perfectly suited for us all.

Great condo

It fulfilled all our needs, although another full bath would be wonderful with 10! The boat dock for our boat and wave runner was the selling point! We brought our paddle boards and kayak so the Sabine was perfect for our water activities! Easy access to the beach a real plus! All and all - A+.

We’ve stayed twice and both times were great. Close to beach , sound and restaurants. Nice layout too. Bbq grill and new deck was nice. Only issue was the master toilet took 30 minutes to fill up

Wonderful time

Our extended family stay was wonderful. We had 3 families with children from 6-17 and grandparents. The stairs were a little rough going up and down so many times but the view from the 2nd floor was definitely worth it. The walk to the beach was very short. We throughly enjoyed the bay in the back. Only suggestion would be to update mattresses in both room upstairs. The master was great but the smaller rooms could use a new mattress. Thanks for the stay we loved it.

Loved the location! Close beach access, food access and shopping! Great space for our group of 8 inside the home! My only issue was that the neighbors parked directly in front of our garage so when we wanted to back out they made it more difficult and the rules state extra vehicles were to park on Ft Pickens RD, they didn’t seem to have any concern that they were actually taking our extra parking space.

Great location and accommodations

The property is located across the street from the beach and backs up to an inlet so there are beautiful views from the front or back of the property. The beach across the street has public access but it was not a very busy section of the beach, which we liked. We had our family and some extra friends and our group of 12 (ten of them are in college) fit just fine in this house. We also liked that there were several delicious restaurants nearby.

Everything was good except we put the trash cans out Thursday, they were not emptied. The west window on 2nd floor leaks a little. One of the heat plates on top of the stove only works on full high. Great stay. Great location

Our vacation was great. The neighbors told us the dog relief area was out front in the shrubs next to the road. They also said area along curb belonged to the opposite unit though there was no sign saying so.

Lovely location

The perfect location. You can walk out the front door and cross the crosswalk to the beach, or wade and relax in the bay right out the back door. There's plenty of room for big families and management responded immediately when we had a coffee pot issue. Had a great time!! Can't wait to go back!!

Fabulous/ so much Better than the listing portrays

This unit was so beautiful inside & the pictures don’t do it justice. I only expected it to be nice , but my family and I were blown away at just how beautiful it was. The set up is fabulous. It’s 3 stories- the 1st floor entrance has the coolest bunk beds ever, sofas, and a tv. This is a great kids hangout area . 2nd floor is your living room and kitchen and had gorgeous views of the water!!!! 3rd floor is all 3 bedrooms and the master bedroom was really nice. My family really enjoyed this place . The best part was that it’s pet friendly. We were having some work done to our home & needed to bring our dogs with us. The 1st floor does have a bit of a cat smell but We didn’t mind at all because again( Only on the bottom 1st floor) , we were thrilled to find a pet friendly condo. Right outside The back door there is a large grassy area for dogs to run and play and do their business. Just Beyond the grassy area there is a nice little beach sand area and our dogs absolutely loved playing in the beach sand!! It was such a treat to watch them. They loved it so much that we decided to take them over to the dog park on the gulf side not even a half mile away. We had never been there and let me tell you that place is wonderful so many cool dogs, it was just fun! We will definitely look into this unit in the future, it was perfect. Our only concern was the noise ordinance in the area. There is a sign in the unit and I received an email that basically tells you you cannot make any noises after 10 PM and before 9am. We all get up early so we were worried about going outside and talking or our dogs barking if they saw other dogs but it didn’t ever turn into an issue. Definitely recommend this place !
