Rent our luxury vacation home for 8 people in Florida. Built in 2009, the house offers luxurious accommodations for up to 8 people. The vacation home features 4 beautifully furnished and spacious bedrooms, each with a private bath. The home has a private netted and heated swimming pool and adjacent whirlpool.



The vacation home is located in “The Shire”, a secure gated community in Davenport just south of Orlando, Florida. The community facilities are at your disposal at no additional cost.

You will find a club house, a large swimming pool, tennis courts, beach volley court, and fitness center. We are located just a 15 minute drive from Disney World / Epcot Center and a little further from Seaworld and Universal Studios. It is a 40 minute drive from Orlando International Airport.



The Shire is located at the intersection of I-4 and highway 27, so it's very easy to get around. The immediate area has a large variety of restaurants, malls, and outlets close by, as well as several world class golf courses.


Florida is a paradise with the blue ocean, and white sand beaches lined by thousands of palm trees. You can experience the wild nature of the Everglades, and in the Orlando area plenty of lakes lets you enjoy airboat rides, canoe trips etc.



The climate in Florida is subtropical, which means you are almost always guaranteed nice weather all year round. Enjoy either swimming in the private pool or in the large pool at the clubhouse year round.
