It is one of the oldest houses in Altea divided into several apartments. It is totally reformed. This is the penthouse that has 110m2 with stunning views of the bay of Altea and the rock of Ifach. It consists of kitchen, bathroom and 180cm bed. It is located in the old town of Altea near all the restaurants and entertainment areas but without its noise. The beach is a 7 minute walk. There is a free parking 5 minutes walk from the house.
