Between sea and hinterland, in a typical village close to Béziers, notary house of 300 m2, completely renovated (we have just converted the terrace in the garden and install the heating of the pool), 10 rooms, composed of two separate volumes: the main house with 4 bedrooms (bed 140, bed 160, 2 beds 90 and 2 beds 120 and 90), two bathrooms and 3 toilets, office with convertible sofa bed, living room, dining room, kitchen fully equipped overlooking patio, laundry; an independent apartment - on the top floor - three rooms with 2 bedrooms (bed 140 and 2 beds 90), bathroom, toilet and kitchen with table for four.

Parfait pour vacances entre amis
La maison est spacieuse et idéale pour un séjour à 3 familles . Les espaces repas et jeux du patio et de la grange sont vraiment au top! Un séjour parfait de détente autour de la piscine. A relouer sans aucune hésitation !

Excellent séjour à Quarante
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille (3 générations) dans cette très belle maison au calme dans le petit village de Quarante. Idéalement située non loin de Saint Chinian, de petites excursions se font facilement à la journée (mer, rivière, Béziers ou Pezenas). La maison dispose d’une table de ping-pong et autres jeux d’extérieur, ainsi que d’une magnifique piscine. Échanges très faciles avec le propriétaire des lieux ainsi qu’avec les voisins qui ont eu la gentillesse de nous renvoyer de doudou de notre fils oublié sur place.

Nous avons passé un séjour de deux semaines à Quarante . Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine, et la terrasse à l’arrière . Par contre en raison du prix payé assez élevé nous avons eu plusieurs déceptions, Notamment : une seule chambre avait la climatisation et celle-ci était brisée et non fonctionnelle , ailleurs il y avait des petits ventilateurs sur pied. C’était un critère majeur pour une location fin juillet…le propriétaire n’a fait aucun effort pour y remédier . Les toilettes étaient brisées à notre arrivée ( réparées le 4 ieme jour) Des relents et mauvaises odeurs d’égout ont été présentes presque tous les jours au RC et au dernier étage. L’accès à l’avant était difficile, la porte d’entrée principale ne s’ouvrait que de peu et la porte de garage était peu fonctionnelle avec son seuil élevé . Le sèche linge ne fonctionnait pas. Aucun verre a vin dans une cuisine pourtant bien équipée, et cela au pays du bon vin . En résumé , nous avons payé beaucoup trop cher , pour une maison somme toute, qui serait bien acceptable a meilleur prix.

Spacious and comfortable
The house has everything you need. It is located in a charming village with nice people, quiet and yet full of life. We stayed for ten days with two families and enjoyed the welcoming house, the pool and long meals in the evenings and mornings. There was room for play as well as rest and we also made excursions in the area.

Perfekt för den stora familjen
Jag och min syster med våra vuxna barn och deras partners hade en mycket trevlig semester i detta hus, som ligger i en liten by ca 40 minuter från Beziers flygplats. Det är ett stort hus med gott om plats, rejäla sovrum, bra kök för gemensam matlagning och en uteplats i skuggan av ett träd vid poolen. Vi uppskattade bageriet, öppet alla dagar utom onsdag och då köper man brödet hos slaktaren (!), gymmet som ligger granne med huset på baksidan, vi tränade två gånger med Jordan som pratar bra engelska, provade vin hos Terre2frères. Huset ligger bra till för utflykter i området: salttillverkningen i Gruissan, Carcassonne, marknaden i Pezenas, Séte med mera med mera!

Bonjour, nous sommes ravis d avoir pu séjourner dans cette maison. La location est totalement, voir plus, conforme aux photos. Les propriétaires très accessible et à l écoute ce qui très rassurant et même les personnes qui sont sur place et qui s occupe de la remise des clés sont très accueillant, d ailleurs je salue le côté très chaleureux ces personnes. La maison est très bien entretenu, c'est très grand nous n avions pas été a l étroit, le petit plus.. 3 réfrigérateurs... excellent quand vous êtes nombreux 👏, ainsi que les jeux pour les enfants et les grands comme le baby-foot et la table de ping-pong 👍👍 La piscine est grande, propre aucun vis-à-vis et bien entretenu, le jardin est grand. Je recommande vivement cette location, c etait parfait, nous y retournerons avec plaisir 😉

Erholsame und entspannte Urlaubstage trotz Corona.
Wir, 10 Erw., 2 Kinder, haben die wunderbare Größe des Hauses gerade wegen der Corona- Einschränkungen sehr genossen. Genügend Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, genug Platz zum gemeinsamen Kochen und essen sorgten für ein entspanntes Miteinander. Aber das beste: der Pool, einfach fantastisch!

Maison spacieuse, pour ceux qui aime le charme de l'ancien. Nous étions plusieurs familles et chacun avait son espace. La maison est bien équipée. "Bonjour, Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille dans cette grande maison en plein village et proche des commerces. La grande salle de jeux, ancienne grange viticole, a fait le bonheur des enfants, nous avons organisé des tournois de ping-pong et de baby foot pour le plus grand plaisir des petits et des grands. Le jardin est calme, la piscine bien agréable quand il fait très chaud. Les équipements sont suffisants pour une grande famille de 12 personnes (sièges, transats, 3 salles d'eau pour 6 vraies chambres). La région des Corbières est superbe et la mer à seulement 30 mn. Je recommande cette location et je la relouerai volontiers si l'occasion se présente." Francoise
