On the ground floor there is an open plan living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. The ground floor also has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a rustic lounge with billiards, darts, a bar and another dining table. Upstairs are two more bedrooms with double beds and access to the balcony (quiet place to relax with a coffee and a beautiful view). All four bedrooms have their own bathroom and satellite TV. The large covered patio in front of the house serves as a space for cooking, dining and as a living room with beautiful views of the pool and the surrounding nature. The house is surrounded by a large olive garden. . Tennis lovers have a full-size private tennis court, while golf lovers have 8-hole courts.
