Family Holiday

This was a fantastic place to stay with stunning views from the terrace and a warm friendly host. Alena and Paolo could not do enough to make sure we had a great time. The villa was very clean and tidy and better than the description on the site. Towels were changed regularly and the villa serviced every other day. We would return again within a heart beat. The area has a good selection of restaurant and we never had a bad meal out. You do however need a basic knowledge of Italian phrases because finding someone how speaks English was difficult. But hay you are after all in Italy and if was fun trying to order or book tables in Italian!! Thanks Alena and Paolo for a fantastic holiday.

Ideally situated and very peaceful

The property was clean, well maintained and with a fantastic view of the lake. Although it is so close to the main road there is no noise from the traffic. Villa Paiola is ideally situated for Rome, only an hours drive, and a 75 minute radius takes in loads of interesting towns and places to visit. Alena and her staff are very helpful and unobtrusive when working around the properties. We wouldn't hesitate in staying here again. Malcolm, Sue & Lucy
