Good Location/Good Unit
We spent 6 weeks in this condo & enjoyed the size of the unit & the location. It was lovely looking west and seeing the mountains and looking north to downtown & the pretty lights at night. It was very convenient having a grocery store that you could walk indoors to and several other retail outlets on the property. The size of the unit is very good and it is well stocked. It does take a very long time for the water to get warm which we felt wasted a lot of water for whoever has to pay the water bill. We stayed at the condo during two snow falls and they did snow removal till 1:30 am one night and even later the other night. Trucks that bang their box several times to remove the snow makes sleeping a bit difficult Be aware that the C-Train goes right by the complex which is convenient to use but a bit noisy as it goes by frequently. As well so does the CP train creating more noise. There is under ground parking which is very convenient although at times the door was out of commission but there is another access to the area. The parking spaces are a good size and there were lots of spaces to choose from.There is security on site which is good.
