What beautiful accommodation and perfect for a family get together.
Thank you so much for the brilliantly accessible and well presented accommodation. Just perfect!
Clean, well presented property. Just right for our family gathering. The 3 year-old claimed the field as his and loved the tree house and trampoline. Plenty of space for mingling and quiet chats.
These three cottages were perfect for several families to get together but still have their own space when needed. Good size bedrooms and perfect to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Wisteria and Olive Cottage were very nicely decorated however we were slightly disappointed by tulip which wasn’t as nice and appeared to need a bit more love thrown at it. Towels were provided although we were told we needed to bring our own it would have been handy to save on space in an already cramped vehicle- towels were great quality. The other gripe was the pillows which were very hard and commented on by all houses. Apart from that the outdoor space was very nice and the table tennis table a welcome extra - great for teenagers. Great communication from the manager.

What makes this property unique
There is a lovely enclosed courtyard directly outside, but the property itself is set in beautiful grounds with a children's play area set in stunning open lawned grounds. The children are free to roam except the area where there is a deep pond where the children MUST be accompanied at ALL times. There is a shared dining area with coal BBQ, table tennis (during summer months) and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquillity. Hoad Farm is ideally situated for exploring the historic towns and cities of Kent, one of the many wildlife parks or even popping across to France from either Dover on the ferry or Folkestone via Eurotunnel!
