Comfortable and characteristic 55sqm apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the mezzanine floor (two flights of stairs to access) of an ancient Florentine building, the apartment is located at the foot of the renowned Bardini Garden and a few steps from Ponte alle Grazie, two of the best panoramic spots in the city. The apartment is located inside the ZTL, be careful if you travel by car. Paid garages in the Ponte Vecchio area (5 min on foot)

The internal space is organized as follows:
-BEDROOM: double bed (possibility of setting up as 2 single beds), chest of drawers and TV.
-LIVING AREA: double sofa bed, TV, dining table and armchair.
- KITCHEN: electric hobs, compact refrigerator, coffee machine and microwave.
-BATHROOM: shower, bidet and toilet.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES: unlimited wifi, electric heaters, fan, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer.

Due to the historical nature of the property, WE REPORT THE PRESENCE OF LOW CEILINGS (people taller than 185cm must pay attention to the beams).

The whole house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

The apartment is located in an ancient building located between San Niccolò and Ponte Vecchio, an ideal position to comfortably visit all the main points of interest in the city while remaining out of the chaos of the historic center.
On one side the Lungarno Torrigiani and the Ponte alle Grazie, thanks to which you can reach the historic center by walking (Ponte Vecchio can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot), on the other the hill that houses Villa Bardini and the homonymous park.
The Bardini garden is a historic garden in Florence, which has become part of the Boboli Gardens museum circuit together with the Museo degli Argenti, the Costume Gallery and via Belvedere. The most scenic part of the garden remains the large Baroque staircase that culminates in a small building-belvedere, from which you can enjoy a spectacular view of the city.
The entrance to the Bardini Museum is practically in front of the apartment.
In 10-15 minutes on foot you can reach the historic center and from here you can easily visit all the main points of interest of the city on foot or thanks to public transport. Walking it is also possible to reach the district of San Niccolò, an area that has been able to preserve the medieval atmosphere of Florence. Characterized by massive walls dating back to the thirteenth century still intact and by the typical "cobbled" streets of the period, the neighborhood is full of artisan shops, art galleries, restaurants and typical places for aperitifs.

-From the Amerigo Vespucci Airport in Florence it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the LAM PO-FI line which stops in Via delle Carra, where you can change to the public transport line 23 to Ponte alle Grazie, a 2 minute walk away from the apartment.

-From Santa Maria Novella Station it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the C4 line, with the Torrigiani Chiesa Luterana stop, a 2 minute walk from the apartment.

If you travel by car, pay attention to the access to the ZTL. The apartment is located within the ZTL but at certain times it is possible to access from Lungarno Cellini (check the camera).
In the area you can park on the street for a fee or at the garages in the Ponte Vecchio area (5-10 min on foot).

Our keyholder will contact you to agree on the check-in time, give you the keys and show you the apartment. We are available to guests for any requests and information, to make your stay even more pleasant and organized. For any unexpected or clarification we will be reachable by phone or e-mail.

At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest for legal purposes only, therefore you will be asked to show a valid document.

Please note that late check-ins must be agreed directly with the property and require a supplement as follows:

between 23:00 and 24:00 >> € 30
between 24:00 and 01:30 >> € 40

During check-in, cash payment of the city tax of € 4 per person per night will be requested.
