Kingfisher lodge is in the perfect spot to visit the Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon.
The lodge has all the amenities you need for a perfect stay. As pointed out in an earlier post it needs a little TLC but I am aware the owner is addressing this.
We have had a lovely stay and would recommend this lodge to family and friends .
Overall our stay at the lodge was great , the lodge on first impressions was beautiful, a bit dated , could be done with a bit of TLC . It had a lovely look on to the Avon river , a bit early in the season for the river boats to run.
Unfortunately we arrived to road works started , which meant you left the site in one direction and came in the opposite direction, which was a 7 -8 mile diversion .
We really enjoyed the scenic location of our little cabin home in Stratford right by the river. It was a bit confusing to find our way to the cabin when we first arrived, in order to get the parking pass from inside the cabin and then get our car through the gate, but all was well once we were inside. England was in the midst of a heat wave during our stay, so the fans in our unit definitely helped. We also enjoyed being able to walk right over to the camping resort lodge and have dinner one night. All in all, a cute little place to stay during our visit to such a historic town.
We had a lovely stay. The lodge is set on a beautiful location very homely feel and quiet. The lodge was very clean and spacious. It has everything you could think of and the host is very helpful throughout the whole process. We will definitely be returning again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay at Kingfisher Lodge although the weather was a little disappointing. It was clean, with lovely views of the river and well equipped. Plenty of wildlife to watch. The welcome pack of flowers, wine and biscuits was a lovely thought. Would recommend it to others.
We throughly enjoyed our stay. Very well equipped, cozy, warm, very clean, thank you for the special touches of fresh flowers, milk, tea, sugar and coffee on arrival.
Not to mention the gorgeous biscuit and drinks.
Was very grateful for all cleaning products such as hand wash, dishwasher and toilet rolls.
The views were amazing

The property was beautifully situated right next to the river with the terrace over looking the river, which made for the ideal place for breakfast. The Kingfisher Lodge had everything you could need and was very well kept. Would definitely stay here again!
Lovely setting and very clean with everything you need, I would definitely look to stay here again. Just a short walk through the caravan park to the village where there is a Spar shop, pub and restaurants.
