Summary:
Welcome to Pura Vida Vista, where you can enjoy spectacular ocean views from your private veranda. Ideally situated near beaches, shopping, and restaurants, this condo also features two shared pools, offering the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your next vacation. Additionally, it is just 1.5 hours from Liberia Airport.

Please Note: Construction is currently taking place on the structure of the building, and there may be some noise during the day. The scaffolding does not obstruct the ocean views, and both pools remain open for your enjoyment. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

The Space:
This condo features a well-equipped kitchen, a breakfast bar with seating for three, and an adjacent dining table for four. The living room is comfortably furnished and includes a large-screen TV. Large sliding glass doors lead from the living room to a spacious veranda, which offers outdoor furniture and a dining table for six, perfect for al fresco dining.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with stunning ocean views. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the third bedroom is equipped with two single beds.

Best views ever! Two great pools!

The property was GORGEOUS. Unbelievable sunsets over the bay. Best view I've ever stayed at? I think so! Thank you so much! :)The only downside to be aware of: We arrived after the rainy season (Dec) and it's a dirt / gravel road uphill to the property. Pretty rutted. It's a bit of an adventure in the rental car, but you can make it. It's a long walk to anywhere, so buy groceries at the local market (fairly expensive) and take advantage of the full (beautiful, modern) kitchen. Plan on driving in and out to go anywhere. Everything is SUPER close, and well maintained asphalt, once you get down the hill. :)

Well maintained.Con - Must have a car to get to and from restaurants, beach, etc. Not walkable to anything. Would be dangerous because of the road. Golf cart cannot navigate the rough, steep road.Krain did not provide the entry code prior to arrival even after emails each day for 4 days prior to arrival. Had to call a number that the security guard had. Bad management.

Beautiful condo and view. Very clean and felt safe. Must have a car to get to and from everything. Road is not walkable and golf cart cannot navigate the rough steep road. Management company did not provide the code to the condo and would have had to sleep on the street if the security guard had not had a list of numbers. Any number on the confirmation went to VM. Scary!

The best view

Everything was great, an issue with the ac but Krain vacation was able to send someone to take care of thos issue. Will definitely stay again at this condo.

Beautiful property and location but property management not great

Lovely property and location in Playa Flamingo. Enjoyed the pool and beautiful sunsets each evening. Condo sleeps 6, however, is missing some essentials (only 4 plates, 1 wine glass, 2 teaspoons, 2 beach towels). there are 4 chairs on the deck you can take with you to the beach however one was broken when we took it out of the bag (we replaced it as there were 4 of us staying). Contacted property manager when we arrived to ask how to open the safe so we could use it during our stay - we never received a response. Contacted the property manager during our stay as the washing machine overflowed all over the floor - didn't hear back until the next day by which point the on site property Manager and team (who were absolutely fantastic) immediately came and assisted. It appears if you do not book tours etc with Krain Property Management they have no time for you.

Stunning views..a slice of paradise!

We walked through the door and couldn’t believe our eyes, the views were absolutely stunning! The property is very clean and well maintained. We tried to make coffee unfortunately, the coffee pot didn’t work. By afternoon we had a replacement. Property manager was very helpful in meeting all of our needs,…setting up our excursion, questions, etc. We definitely will consider returning in the future! Pura Vida!!!!!

Fantastic Stay! Everything just as described!

I can't say enough good things about our stay at this property. The condo was clean and quiet. Everything was just as described and the view is just as beautiful as the pictures. Upon arrival the condo was clean and cool. Check-in was a breeze with an easy email with the code for the lockbox. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was small but serviceable. The only thing I wish I had known was that it's not an easy walk to any of the local stores or restaurants from the condo. Count on having and using a car to get around if you're not a fan of long walks uphill on a dirt road. In the bigger picture this isn't a deal breaker but it's good to plan ahead.

Great Ocean Views!

We were first time visitors to Costa Rica, and we were very excited for this trip. Our whole family agrees we were not disappointed with our stay, and truly exceeded our expectations. The views that you get from this large balcony is absolutely amazing! My wife and I really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony when it came time for the sunset each night. The kids enjoyed some really fun tours that the property manager Krain helped set up. For this unit however, we do recommend renting a car out as it is up a hill but the views are definitely worth it. It's not too bad to walk down, but the walk up is not too enjoyable. The condo is very well maintained, super clean and felt like we had been the first vacationers trying out the home. We had a very pleasant experience and would recommend this unit to anybody.

Fantastic Views!

If there is one thing I can say about this Condo is that it has incredible sunset and ocean views. The balcony has lounge chairs where you can sit back with some wine and really relax after walking on the beach. I do recommend to have a car for this unit as it is up a hill, but the unit has a parking garage with designated parking. The unit itself is very clean and well maintained, and Krain did a wonderful job with setting my husband and I on some great tours. We really recommend the sunset cruise, it was absolutely lovely. This is a really great unit for a fun relaxing vacation. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful Sunsets!

Really enjoyed staying at this unit. The Condo was absolutely stunning. The balcony is super spacious, and great for enjoying the sunsets and great ocean views. I really liked that the unit had designated parking under the garage. I would recommend this unit to anybody that wants to come take a trip with the family or even a couple's get away. The property management team Krain was super helpful and very welcoming. We are looking forward to our next trip out to this amazing unit!
