The house is located close to shops and the market (200 meters) and close to the beach (900 meters).

In this small condominium, it is possible to easily park bikes and a car by private access.

This pretty single storey house is refurbished, functional and comfortable.

Au top !

Très bien ! Très bien placé, soigné, au calme, jardin clôturé et sûr (parfait pour les petits bambins) ! Toutes les commodités et surtout la plage sont à proximité ! Nous reviendrons ! Seul hic : reprécisez à la conciergerie que vous venez avec un bébé pour disposer du matelas qui convient au lit parapluie / pas de produit de base à l’arrivée (entretien / assaisonnement)

Tolles Haus in super Lage mit guter Ausstattung

Der Aufenthalt wäre super gewesen, wenn das Bett mindestens 1,60m gehabt hätte. Die Schlafqualität war deshalb mies.

Fahrradurlaub

Wer die Insel mit dem Fahrrad erkunden will, ist hier genau richtig. Bis zum Phare des Beleines sind es ca. 16 km und in die andere Richtung nach Rivedoux-Plage ca. 12 km. Alles geht hier über gut ausgebaute und beschilderte Fahrradwege. Die beste Zeit ist die Nach- oder Vorsaison, weil dann der gesamte Verkehr relativ entspannt abläuft. Das Objekt selber befindet sich zentral im Ort, so dass Supermarkt, Markthalle, Bäcker, Restaurants, Bistros und Bars fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Das Wichtigste für Familien mit Kindern: Der Strand ist mit dem Fahrrad nur 5 Min. entfernt und ein Fahrrad kann man sich dort fast an jeder Ecke leihen.

Semaine géniale

Tout est "comme à la maison" il ne manque rien ! Sauf une Nespresso, pour un café journée, et une placha pour faire de petites grillades. Sinon l'emplacement est au top tour se fait à pieds, marché et plage. Nous y reviendrons.

Belle location

Maison bien située, très bien entretenue, nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances. Bel espace de jardin pour un séjour avec des enfants. Une vrai pelouse serait un plus.

Une location très soignée

Maison conforme à la description, bien équipée, intérieur très soigné. La possibilité de garer sa voiture et les vélos est très appréciable. La terrasse permet de prendre les repas en extérieur au calme. Bois en Ré est très agréable et présente une situation centrale dans l'Ile.

Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in zentraler Lage der Insel.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit sandigem Gartengrundstück und großer, uneinsehbarer Terrasse zum Entspannen. Das Haus und insbesondere die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und in einem Top-Zustand. Einzig die Schlafsituation ist vor allem für größere Paare schwierig, da das "Elternbett" nur geschätzte 1,40 m breit ist. Das Haus liegt mit der Vorderseite an einer befahrenen Straße, zu der auch das Fenster vom "Kinderzimmer" zeigt. In den Abendstunden nimmt der Verkehr zwar deutlich bis komplett ab, wer es allerdings absolut ruhig haben möchte, sollte dies bedenken. Fußläufig sind der Markt und das Zentrum des Ortes schnell zu erreichen, zum Strand muss man ein wenig länger gehen oder nutzt am besten gleich das Fahrrad, denn die Insel ist mit einem großartigen Fahrradwegenetz erschlossen - zur Erkundung desselben ist die Zentrale Lage des Ortes/Ferienhauses ideal. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung hat wunderbar funktioniert, daher gerne wieder!

Tolles Häuschen in zentraler Lage

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Das Haus war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Strand und Ortskern sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Il de Re ole ole

Wir wussten wenig über die Insel, ihre Lage, ihre Strände, ihren Flair. Erst als wir da waren haben wir von der Redewendung erfahren. „Was den deutschen ihr Sylt, ist in Parisern die Il de Re.“ Stimmt. Alles ein wenig schicker. Das Haus selbst liegt sehr zentral zwischen Markt, Kirmes, Supermarkt und dem Strand. Der Garten ist toll. Hat Sonne morgens, mittags und abends. Das Haus ist wirklich gut ausgestattet. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Und die Insel selbst ist ein Traum. Sicherlich nicht das günstigstes Reiseziel, aber alles im Rahmen. Wir haben nicht jedes der 10 Dörfer gesehen, aber die, die wir besucht haben, waren einfach wunderschön. Alle etwas anders. Aber alle sehr herzlich. Sehr einladend. Überhaupt hat sich die Insel für uns rausgeputzt. Die Abendsonne, die sich über dem Meer spiegelt. Die sauber-weißen Häuser, mit ihren grünen oder blauen Fensterläden. Alles in einem top Zustand.

TRES AGREABLE SEJOUR

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette maison moderne , pratique et très propre où rien ne manque , elle est parfaitement équipée avec un point fort concernant la qualité de la literie. Elle est de plus très bien située, proche à la fois des commerces des pistes cyclables et à quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Avec le beau temps exceptionnel en Février, nous avons même pu profiter de la terrasse et du joli jardin clos qui doit être très appréciable en été. Je recommande vivement cette location sachant que pour notre part nous y reviendrons certainement.

Excellent lieu de séjour

La maison est très bien agencée et équipée. Le jardin est plus grand que ce qu'on en voit sur l'annonce et dispose d'un coin sous abri. L'accueil et le départ se font après prise d'un rendez vous par sms ce qui est bien pratique. La description et la situation géographique sont conformes à l'annonce : proche des commerces et de la mer. Tout pour un excellent séjour.
