Renovated cottage with tasteful, personal and cozy decor located by Rødhus. The house is furnished with large, bright rooms and a completely undisturbed large solarium adjacent to the dune area. There is a living room in open connection with the kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. From the living room and solarium there is a view of the dunes. For cheap heating and coziness there is a wood burning stove. In the solarium there is a barbecue and garden furniture and the solarium acts as a natural extension of the rest of the house. Here there is good shelter and the solarium / terrace is nicely secluded. The house is located on a large, common dune plot only approx. 500 meters from sea and beach. The plot is a slightly hilly dune plot bordering directly on the dune area and the beach at Rødhus. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
