About this property

6 person holiday home in Toftlund

This property has been cleaned with chemicals that are effective against Coronavirus. Our staff is following all safety protocols as directed by the local authorities. Physical distancing rules apply for check in and check out.
Renovated cottage in child-friendly surroundings centrally located in Arrild Ferieby within walking distance to shopping, restaurant, playground, mini golf, fishing lake and not least the swimming pool with South Jutland's longest water slide. The cottage is bright and well-appointed and contains a new kitchen from 2020 in open connection with the living room, where there is direct access to a nice southwest-facing terrace with barbecue and garden furniture available. Four bedrooms and new bathroom from 2020 with shower. There is a smart TV in the house with both Danish and German channels, a bluetooth speaker from SONOS and a DVD player in one of the children's rooms. The house is heated by i.a. of an energy-saving Air / air heat pump, which ensures a good indoor climate all year round. Not for rent to craftsmen and youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
