... für den tollen Aufenthalt! Das ganze Grundstück ist wirklich wunderschön und die Häuschen sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir hatten rundum einen tollen Urlaub. Der Pool, die Aussicht alles perfekt! Vielen Dank an die Gastgeberin - wir werden definitiv wieder kommen :)

Es war alles super!

Die Unterkunft war ein traumhaft schön! Von den Nachbarn bekommt man kaum etwas mit, der Ausblick ist wunderschön, das Häuschen klein aber mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Der Pool und whirlpool war ein von uns gern genutzter Zusatzpunkt! Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar, standen bei Fragen immer unterstützend zur Seite und kümmerten sich um jedes Anliegen. Diese friedliche Unterkunft würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen!

Wunderschönes Anwesen, tolle Lage und nette Vermieter

Sehr gepflegtes Anwesen, super nette Gastgeber, die trotz später Ankunft auf uns gewartet haben! Der Pool war sehr sauber und bietet eine super Aussicht auf Santa Marinella und das Meer. Der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar, es empfiehlt sich allerdings ein Mietwagen für Einkäufe etc. da das Anwesen auf einem Berg liegt. Wir konnten das Auto sicher auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück parken. Für Selbstversorger die einen günstigen Sommerurlaub machen wollen absolut perfekt!

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir waren vom 09. - 16.08.2016 in der Unterkunft von Frau Renzi und sind immer noch total begeistert! Stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber, wunderbare Aussicht aufs Meer und eine supernette Vermieterin. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Einfach Perfekt / Ein Schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Santa Marinella. Unterkunft einfach schön, traumhafte Lage, Ausstattung(Pool/Whirlpool) , (Küche/ Gas Herd -TOP ) ( Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt) Unterkunft sehr sauber. Vermieter immer erreichbar und sehr Hilfsbereit. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder kommen und es uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Die nähe zu Rom ( mit dem Zug ca. 1 Stunde ) perfekt für Ausflüge. 5 min zum Strand und nach Santa Marinella . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke Frau Maria Renzi Wir hoffen auf ein Wiedersehen. Ein schöner Urlaub

Wir waren vom 15.8. - 24.8.2015 in Santa Marinella.Die Unterkunft war so wie beschrieben und die Lage ist ein Traum.Mann findet Ruhe , Entspannung und kann einfach Abschalten. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist gut. Alles Vorhanden was man braucht und sehr hochwertig. Der Pool / Wihrpool ist genial. Die nähe zum Meer und zum Ort ist sehr gut man ist ca. in 5 min da. Rom ist mit dem Zug in 1 Stunde erreichbar. Die Vermieterin waren sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Wir würden dieses Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und auch wieder dort Urlaub machen. Bravo!

Très belle location

Location très confortable, très bien equipée, piscine et jacussi, parking fermé, nous avons passé un excelent sejour. Les propriétaires sont très courtois . Le linges de maison ( serviettes et draps) sont changés toutes les semaîes et sont fournies. Les locations sont equipées de climatisation. Les plages ne sont pas toutes proches mais celles de santa servera sont très bien et a seulement 10 mn en voiture. Proximitée de Rome (1h10 en train) pour seulement 4,90€ l'aller/personne. Arrivée a la gare centrale de Rome.

Excellent place to stay

We had wonderfull week . THE nuraghi and swimmingpool were excellent with a beautifull vieuw over the sea . The owner was Bert helpfunctie and kind for dure we Will come again with our family thank you monica

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per una settimana, ottima la posizione immersi nella natura e a due passi dal mare. Location dotata di ogni comfort, (da non sottovalutare la piscina con idromassaggio) pulizia impeccabile e propetari sempre gentili e disponibili.

Un luogo dove trascorrere...

Un luogo dove trascorrere vacanze rilassanti, lontano dai rumori della città e immerso nel verde...magico... I proprietari sono persone molto gentili e disponibili,pulizia impeccabile.
