Our three-bedroom plus third floor tower beach home Southern Waves is conveniently located at the front of the popular neighborhood of Seacrest Beach Community.

We offer the best of all worlds at a great value:

- Gorgeous views of the Gulf from the third floor

- A 2 minute walk to the fabulous Seacrest Beach lagoon pool

- A 5 minute walk (or a FREE and convenient shuttle ride) to the beach

- A convenient and easy walk along 30A to shopping and dining in the town centers of both Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach

At the end of the day, enjoy the stunning panoramic views that will take your breath away!

The home sleeps 9 very comfortably with a king sized bed, a queen, a double bed, twin bunks and a daybed with pop-up trundle.

The living area offers a large flat-screen 65 inch TV. The dining and kitchen area, open to the living room, seat 10 for mealtimes - 6 at the table and 4 at the kitchen counter. The well equipped kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and a spacious pantry closet.

A full bath serves both the living area and the downstairs bedroom. This bedroom has a private porch which leads to the back yard. It is a flexible room with twin bunk beds and a double bed, suitable for families or four children. There is also a flat screen TV.

The side kitchen door leads to gas grill, an outdoor shower and a fenced-in backyard for youngsters to play safely.

The second floor has a spacious master bedroom with king bed, luxury vinly flooring, sitting area with a large flat-screen TV, and a private porch. The master bathroom has a glass-enclosed shower and tile floors, double sinks and a large tub.

The third bedroom on the same level has a queen bed and a private bath/shower. Double doors lead to a private porch. The second level also includes a laundry closet with full-size washer and dryer. All bedrooms have plenty of closet space.

The third floor is the tower room with wet bar, Keurig Coffee Maker , TV to catch your favorite sports, and daybed with pop up trundle - great for lounging during the day. If you have to do a little work while away you can sit at the desk as you look out at the gulf. There are wrap-around windows and sun decks on both east and west sides to enjoy sunrise and sunset on the gulf and the beautiful beaches of South Walton.

Great stay

This house was perfect for our vacation. Clean, easy walking to the beach, restaurants and shops, and just off the 30A bike path. Karen was super helpful and easy to communicate with.

Wonderful experience in Rosemary beach

My wife and I stayed here for an long weekend and it was just an absolute joy. Proximity to Alys beach and Rosemary was perfect. Great restaurants, easy beach access, and the property itself has wonderful gulf views and plenty of space. Our host was wonderful with communication and we will be booking again in the future very soon!

Beautiful and Clean!

This was a beautiful property! We only stayed for 2 nights, but I would love to come back for a longer stay! The rooms were very large and the living and dining room were great for our family to socialize in. The only negative was that check in was at 6pm, however we were able to get into the house early when I reached out to the property manager. Great place!

A very relaxing vacation!

Karen was such a pleasure to work with. We were allowed to check in earlier than expected, which is such a bonus. The house is so clean, comfortable, and a close walk to the beach and pool area. The location is perfect for enjoying great restaurants and shops along 30A. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Perfect location, perfect house

This house is in the perfect location--5 minute walk to the beach and pool and 5 minute bike ride to the Rosemary Beach shops and restaurants. The home itself is lovely and clean and has the most amazing views on the top floor patios. We will be back!

Lovely house, busy beach

This property was wonderful and Karen was so helpful and great. Our only negative experience was that Seacrest beach, which is the only one that was walkable for our family, was extremely crowded and small. We chose to drive to Inlet Beach most days and enjoyed it much more. But, the house was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our group of 4 adults and 5 young children. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Family reunion

My extended family had a reunion. My sisters’ families stayed in other homes but this home was a great location, as it was close to 30A and close to a tram stop. The home was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The owner communicated the details of the rental and area well and even added a personal touch with recommendations of places to go. We enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable and convenient

This beach house is in a great location with quick access to many restaurants, the beach and the community pool. Although we had less than perfect weather for our trip, we took advantage of the cloudy days by biking up and down 30A. Excellent trip and Karen was very accommodating to our early arrival and offered up several tips and suggestions for things to do nearby which we took full advantage of. Great overall stay!

Wonderful Vacation Home in Perfect Location

This was the most enjoyable and relaxing vacation we’ve had in years. Weeks before we arrived, Karen, the owner, sent an email with details about the house, the neighborhood, and the surrounding area. That made it much easier to plan our trip and know what to pack. She provided beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. so we didn’t have to pack those. The house was beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. You can tell that the owners stay here often, because I don’t feel like we lacked anything. It is very well stocked with the essentials. We had 2 adults and 3 teenagers and still had plenty of room and beds to spare. The neighborhood felt like the perfect coastal town. We spent a lot of time at the giant pool and ate at the restaurants in the town center several times. We became regulars at the Beach & Brew because the folks were so nice there. Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach are a short walk (or even shorter bike ride) away and we spent a lot of time in those town centers, too. We basically parked our cars the day we checked in and didn’t drive again until we checked out. It’s nice not having to ever get in your car. There’s a tram that takes you to the beach, but we found it was easier to just walk since the house is so close to the beach access. This was the perfect vacation for our 14 and 15 year old. They loved the freedom of riding their bikes everywhere. Karen was the perfect hostess and was accessible throughout our stay. I’ve stayed in many VRBO rentals, and this was by far the best experience I’ve had with the owners. We will definitely be back.

Great location, easy, comfortable, fun!

We stayed last week of May and had a great time! The house is adorable and perfectly located. Easy walk to pool, beach, and all shops and restaurants from Alys to Rosemary Beach. Our kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the less crowded time at the Seacrest beach around sunset. Highly recommend searching out the state beaches for less crowds and natural beauty. We went to Shell Island at the tip of Panama city several days. Absolutely stunning. Owner was very helpful with information and prompt. Would definitely rent again if in the area.

Amazing stay!

This was an amazing trip to 30a! The house was wonderful with room for everyone:). It was very clean and so close to everything! The beach is 5 minutes away and the pool even closer. Shops are a short walk and Karen recommended the Farmers Market on Sunday which was great! This was the vacation of our dreams and Karen was so helpful and attentive whenever I texted her a question! We will definitely be back:)

Favorite Beach House

This beach house is a great location. Even though it is not on the beach side of 30A, it is convenient to everything in the Rosemary Beach area. The house beachy fun decor and all the amenities you need. Perfect for a 6 person group. We will definitely stay at Sea Waves again. It was nice to have bikes and chairs available for guests to use. Also, the property owner provides great information about the area and is accessible if you need anything or have questions.

Beautiful, Comfortable and Conveniently Located

We had a wonderful stay at Southern Waves. The house was just as described, clean, and conveniently located. The beach is a short walk, as is Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable and having a high chair and pack n play at the house was a welcomed addition. The owner, Karen, was great! She always responded immediately to emails before our visit and was extremely responsive to texts during our stay. My only 2 complaints (and these having nothing to do with the unit or the owner) - The pool is not heated. We went in early April so the water was really cold. My kids didn’t seem to mind it when it was sunny but I couldn’t get in. Also, the designated beach area for Seacrest guests is small and gets really crowded. Most of the beach space is taken up by the chair rentals (which were only about a 1/3 filled) so you if you bring your own equipment, get to the beach early if you want a spot close to the water. Despite those small complaints, we had a wonderful trip! This was our first visit to 30A and it certainly lived up to the hype. We will most definitely be back!

AWESOME trip! LOVED 30A

Southern Waves was perfect for our family of 4 - we easily could have had more people! We loved the crows nest area! This was our first trip to 30A but we will be back! The house was beautiful - very well decorated, clean, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Karen was amazing - she checked in on us to see if we needed anything or had any questions - was very sweet. The location was perfect - right at the front of the neighborhood which made access to everything really easy! You can walk to Rosemary and Alys beach and bike everywhere! We had a bonfire on Inlet Beach (30ABlaze), paddle boarded & kayaked Western Lake, had a great day of offshore fishing with Dead Fish Charters, watched many a sunsets on the beach and biked all the way to Seaside! It was nice the house had a few bikes - if you need more Peddlers Village is right up the street, the house also had beach chairs, boogie boards and some beach toys! Can’t go wrong with this house!

Incredible!

Everything about our stay was absolutely amazing! The location cannot be beat - a quick walk to the beach, Rosemary shoppes/restaurants, Alys beach shoppes/restaurants and a quick drive to Seaside. Best View in Seacrest Beach

As a retired couple vacationing in February, Southern Waves was tailored to our needs. The home was ideally located on 30A in Seacrest Beach nestled between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. We could walk in either direction and enjoy shops, restaurants and see the lovely architecture of the homes in each community. The owner, Karen, was a delight and extremely helpful and communicative. She was always just a "text" away to answer questions or offer suggestions. The home was extremely clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The master bedroom was very comfortable and private on the 2nd floor. We really enjoyed the tranquility of the3rd floor tower room and loved the Gulf view. The best view in the entire Seacrest neighborhood!!

Perfect Beach Home

We loved staying here. The third floor is really cool - spiral stairs up to this floor, windows on all sides, view out to Gulf, and French doors out to two balconies. We were taking a semi-vacation and doing work and schoolwork remotely - the girls claimed the third floor and my husband and I each set-up in a second floor bedroom to work so plenty of space and privacy for all. The home was spotlessly clean, very cute, comfortable, and well furnished. The neighborhood is interesting to walk around - pretty houses, short walk to beach (<5 min), and restaurants. Owner had great proactive communication and was very accessible for any questions. You could tell she really wanted us to enjoy our stay and we did!

Great location and accommodations!

we really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was myself, husband, our 22mo old daughter, and our 10 wk old son. Everyone had their own space, and the walk to the beach was 5-7min. Unfortunately they don't allow any wheeled devices on the beach walk (ie: wagons or strollers) to help you cart your items to the beach, so it was a bit of a haul with two little ones! Thats not the property's fault, obviously, but just something for future folks to know about the beach access. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was safe and quiet, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need! This property was very comfortable and very well furnished for renters. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, and our daughter loved the playground down at Aly's Beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect, perfect, perfect!!

This was our first visit to 30A, and we really picked a winner by staying at Southern Waves! It could not have been more perfect. The house is so pretty, decorated so cute, and comes with absolutely everything you could ever need. We loved the location in Seacrest, as it is right in between Rosemary and Alys, and within easy walking distance of many restaurants and shops. What really put it "over the top" was the great communication, generosity, and southern hospitality extended by Karen. She is the best! We plan to return to the area, and I don't think we will ever be able to stay in any other property after being spoiled by Karen and Southern Waves!

Our family has been visiting the Florida Panhandle to vacation for the last 25 years. We've stayed in Destin, Navarre, Perdido Key, Seagrove, Dune Allen, Old Florida and for the last 10 years in the Rosemary and Seacrest Beach communities. Our kids have grown up on the beaches of 30A and these beaches remain our favorite spot to relax, visit with family and friends and remember why we work so hard the rest of the year.

As we watch our children and now grandchildren we wanted to stay connected to all the fond memories and decided to purchase a property we could enjoy with our clan and share with families like yours. We looked at many homes, but the location of our home made the decision easy for us.

We welcome you and your family and friends to enjoy all that the beaches of 30A have to offer and there is no better feeling than a late night stroll on the beach, a bike ride up and down 30A or sneaking out for donuts and coffee in the morning to help you remember what life and living is all about.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this property the first time we looked at photos in the listing and it was the first home we asked about when we got serious about buying. We looked at a number of other properties up and down 30A, but this house feels like home to us. It feels connected to all that makes the Alys, Seacrest Beach, Rosemary Beach and Inlet Beach communities special. You are minutes from world class beaches, postcard views, great restaurants, fantastic State Parks and at the same time a world away from commutes, overloaded schedules and the daily grind.

P.S. We live in Tampa, FL home to some of the world's finest beaches including Siesta Key, Clearwater Beach, Pass-A-Grille, and Fort Desoto and Seacrest Beach is where we decided to buy a beach house. We've traveled as a family to the Yucatan, Big Sur, Greece, Spain, Costa Rica and Belize and have never found a place that feels more like home than the beaches of 30A. Even if you don't end up staying with us, give the area a try and I promise you won't be disappointed.

What makes this property unique

After a day at the beach, at the pool, on the golf course, a long walk or bike ride, Southern Waves provides an oasis where you can kick back, read a book, play some board games, eat too much and sleep as late as you want (or can). Our guests always tell us they love being one lot away from 30A, but the location feels secluded as it is away from the main streets. Take coffee on the third floor and plan your day and head back up with a bottle of wine in the evening to watch the sunset and relax to the sounds of the wind and awaits.
