IN-GROUND POOL

This is THE location! Just steps to the Village Cafe and the Hub Bar and Grille, and a short walk to the beach 3.5 Blocks to the Beach. Our 2 bedroom 2 bath beautifully updated property offers a coastal theme and open floor plan. A queen size sofa bed and an auto -inflatable queen size EZ Bed, makes this home comfortable for a family of 8. (**Note: New sofa sleeper and love seat as of July 2022). Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, fully supplied kitchen and a Keurig machine add to the feel of this house. Master suite with full bath (Updated July 2022 with new shower and floor), large family dining room looking over the canal. Enjoy grilling out, playing a game of corn hole or fish on the canal. Don't forget your furbabies either. This home is extremely pet friendly. NOTE: There is a $250 fee for up to 2 dogs. Must state you are bringing a pet at time of inquiry/booking. An additional $100 will be charged if not notified about pet. The canal and pool area is a shared space with our other location - Unit A (VRBO# 1077749). Need more rooms? The Units are attached, but have separate private entrances. There are no shared walls to any rooms of the Units. For guest safety, there are outside monitored security cameras, including the pool area. Unit is smoke free. No smoking is permitted inside the units. Enjoy your stay!! :-)

Note: The pool temperature is dependent and subject to the outside temperature during the cooler months in Florida. When the temperature dips into the low 60’s and below during the evening, the pool may not get up to a decent temperature during the day.

Great Pool

Great large pool which we had almost exclusive use of during our stay. In the heart of the village, with great access to restaurants and groceries - but was surprisingly quiet.

Family Vacation

This house was beautiful and in the best location! It was walking distance to the many shops, restaurants and the beach! We enjoyed our time and if we ever return to siesta key I'd definitely stay at this place again!!

Return Stay for our Girls Trip

This was our second time staying at this home. We just love the location and how close it is to all the restaurants and stores in the village. It’s a small walk to the beach, but not terrible. It was so clean and comfortable for the three of us that stayed here for our annual girls trip!

Great location

This was an amazing location! Minutes from the village and a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach. Private driveway was a bonus. Property management was very responsive when needed. We would definitely book this property again.

Siesta Key

The house was wonderful, very clean & perfect location, literally steps away from the village. The beach just a 10 minute walk, they had everything you needed. The pool was a plus if you didn’t want to go to the beach all day.I would highly recommend this house. We definitely would come back.

Great Location & Accomidations

The property was great! Very close to the village with shopping, dining and beach. We enjoyed the nightly Veterans Ceremony at Patriots Beach. We will definitely be back. The rental comes with a wagon and items for the beach such as an umbrella, chairs and towels.

We loved it here this is the 2nd time we rented in this neighborhood. We love being able to walk everywhere & the people who live in this “hood” r very friendly & pleasant. We r planning to return next yr to rent this house. Had everything we needed, plus. Loved the beautiful pool too. Comfy beds & plenty of linens.

pool to chill out and canal, and great layout Location is a block from town, and maybe 2-3 blocks too beach Easy walks Well equipped for beach stuff (cool cabana, wagon, chairs, and more stuff) Well equipped kitchen (needs cutting board, or I couldn’t find it) Shower in guest room was great, master was so/so Master bath overall was nice We would all recommend (teen and parents)

Lovely

Unfortunately, our stay was affected by the red tide. We didn't get any time at the beach until the last day, but the property's locations and pool made it easy to have fun and relax without the ocean.

Feb in Siesta Key

We really enjoyed our month long stay. The location is great, within 100 yards of a sushi/thai, pizza, ice cream and two very good breakfast spots. Although we were very close to the village, noise was never a problem. The pool is great and we used it almost every day because the red tide was pretty bad. Neil the owner and Bonnie the property manager were very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this place and would of booked for next year but already taken.

Wow! A perfect SK stay!

What a wonderful, clean, comfortable and convenient home. We were so pleased with everything it had to offer! Especially the beach equipment. It was great not having to rent chairs and umbrellas! Management was attentive and responsive. It was so close to town but sound proof at night! An overall joyous stay. We’d say the only thing it was missing was a baking sheet. But we’d definitely love to return for another stay!

Nice stay on siesta key

The property was exactly as advertised and everything was in very good condition. There was an ample supply of beach gear in the garage that made beach days hassle free. The location is directly across the street from the village and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. For those not familiar with the village it can get a little loud/busy in the evenings so take that into consideration if you go to bed early or have a young family. The pool is shared but it wasn’t an issue during our stay. Communication with the property manager was outstanding even over the thanksgiving holiday.

Close to town hot spot

We had a great time! The house was a great location and super close to downtown siesta key. The only issue for us as parents of young kids; was the noise from the teenagers riding around bumping their bass. That kept us up several nights:( The pool was great! My kids loved it. I do however wish there was a direct door from the unit to the pool. We had to walk around to side of house to enter. Overall it was a great vacation:)

Location is the key

While visiting Siesta Key, no matter what your preferred activity is, you will spend a lot of time in the Siesta Key Village. This rental is ideal for 3 major reasons, location, cost and comfort. You are literally 2 minutes, or less, to the Village, allowing you to benefit from the many early morning offerings like breakfast, coffee and croissants or walking the beach (it’s 3-4 minutes away). At night you walk to the beach for sunsets and enjoy the veterans tribute and flag lowering. Cost wise it’s very competitive and 4 adults were very comfortable. Our pet ShiTzu loved it too!! A major plus is the management group, Bonnie and Bob were wonderful to work with.

Overall, the property was great. Very clean and a great location. Managers were very responsive.

Overall, this was a great property. Very clean, the pool was awesome and the managers were very responsive to any of our questions. The only problem was the lack of access to the pool from the back of the house. You had to go out the front door and around to the back. We ended up tracking in a lot of dust because of that since there were shells in the front yard. I could see the access being a problem if you had small children needing access to the bathroom. Loved this house otherwise.
